Ohio State DE Noah Spence has declared for the draft. He is a stud pass rusher who is athletic enough to play OLB in the 3-4. He was essentially kicked off the team after multiple failed drug tests. I believe for ecstasy. A team will have to do their homework if he's got a problem or if he's just immature,

He probably would have been a top 10 pick if he didn't have those off field problems.
