30% of this country is unvaccinated. Breakthrough cases are contributing little if any to mutation. The mutations, it seems, are coming from other countries, most of whom aren't vaccinated. I'll be curious when a mutation originates in the US.

In 2019 it was 2,854,838 deaths. In 2020 it was 3,427,321.

That's like a 20% increase. What the **** else happened except Covid to cause that massive an increase? The last time death rates were this high in our country was 1943.

Because you brought this up, Polio was eradicated for several reasons. Yes, the vaccine was successful, but only because Polio is not a rhinovirus, like Covid, and has no animal reservoir, unlike Covid. This virus isn't going away, we will simply have to live with it.

go look up any of the fda or any approval organization procedures for testing any vaccine and then the reasons and timeframe behind each step… then look up the methodologies behind previously rushed vaccines such as the swine flu one then compare that relatively standard method to the completely novel mRNA one they pushed here…
Then read the gobs of papers about MRNA concerns, transpose it with the track record of the two companies … bear in mind Moderna Has never produced a vaccine that didn’t fail in longer trials before, and pfizer was behind one of the largest pharmaceutical corruption cases ever settled…

The science said wait on mRNA… i sort of get the Adrinovirus route, but even that is fairly hokey when it comes to not thoroughly testing it

Once more there are three phases of trials typically… they vary in length by a lot of factors, mostly the novelty of the method…

the first lasts 1-10 years
The second 2-4
The third 2-4

this concept allows you to adequately gather enough data to make a good judgment on its safety.. and even then hundreds of medications that pass the process are recalled over long term effects They didn’t anticipate

We skipped or rushed through all of that and ignored boatloads of theoretical concerns from the best minds in the field to try to get a vaccine out close to the election…

to assume that they are totally safe is to turn a blind eye to history and science …

yep… its probably the same issue as the common cold, only more severe… though in cases of sars, immunity lasted at least 17 years….

the Pfizer vaccine, at least, was almost certainly engineered to require boosters though… why they did what they did when the initial data showed what it did ought to be a talking point, but big pharm pays good money to both sides of the isle so it never will be…

It goes all ways as well IMO. While I might believe certain things are biologically or morally wrong, I don't think the government should mandate what a person can or can't do with their own body. That's between them and their higher power, or flying spaghetti monster etc.

Do you EVER research? COVID is INFINITELY less dangerous to those 18 and under. INFINITELY. Far more so than other age groups, even those 18-30. The 18 and under age group is immune to Covid. 0.000004 have died from it. That doesn't even register.



Go calculate the rates for those age groups and get back to us. Hint: Those death rates in those groups, while low, isn't even in the same vicinity to what it is for 18 and under, which is essentially a ZERO death rate.

But more surprising is the breakdown in vaccine hesitancy by level of education. People with a master’s degree had the least hesitancy, and the highest hesitancy was among those holding a Ph.D.

What’s more, the paper found that in the first five months of 2021, the largest decrease in hesitancy was among the least educated — those with a high school education or less. Meanwhile, hesitancy held constant in the most educated group; by May, those with Ph.Ds were the most hesitant group.

The point is in a short term data pull yeah its safer, but nobody knows the actual long term effects and if you read enough scientific peer reviewed papers on the vaccines, some of tge concerns for long term and second generation hereditary issues are serious… they may never come to fruition, but why tge **** would you risk the entire population if even one shows up rather than diversifying the vaccines and utilizing other methodologies from here on out…

the Mrna stuff are unknowns tgat are expensive and hard to maintain… they are easily corrupted and not able to fight off infection before the virus reaches spreadable conditions…
The Adrinovirus ones both have known clotting issues… j&j milder than the one we never approved here….

if this was a vaccine, thoroughly tested and proven I’d take it. It doesn’t use a dead or weakened form of the virus to confer immunity because it isn’t a vaccine. It uses mRNA that actually changes how your immune system works because although it isn’t a vaccine it is an experimental gene therapy.
