Not necessarily......I truly believe he NEEDS to hit the hole deliberately immediately just to keep the opposing D honest.....He doesn't have to do this every play, he choose to......

I love Bell, but My opinion as a slow, fat 55 year old "Armenian White Boy", is when he runs, he needs to "Hit the hole"...............

After watching the supposedly great Steelers interior OL get manhandled by Alan Branch, does anybody want to change their answer?

Yeah, Pouncey is the best C in the league. Unless you just cover him with a fat guy, then he's powerless, literally.

I know, pouncey and decastro are quick and athletic and can get downfield. That's great but what good is that when it comes to short yardage where you have to move somebody?

I think they are solid in Pass coverage, average at best in run blocking. There's a reason Bell has to stop and wait for holes to develop.

Bingo. That's why I can't help but to roll my eyes when some jagoff wants to tell me about how Pouncey is the "best center in the league". Get the **** out of here with that crap.

I agree. So why pay them so much? What is the point of paying all that money for OL and you get to 1st and goal from 1 foot away and y9u have to either pass or hope your RB makes somebody miss?

Pouncey and Decastro better hit the weight room and Decastro can hit the buffet. He looks like a high school kid out there. I get it, bulking up will cost them a bit of quickness but i'll trade that for them not getting blown up in short yardage.
