What Jag fans are saying

Wow, you know all this from an Internet sports message board. How insightful. What's my favorite color and type of woman?

I have no idea, nor do I care, merely an observation, that you feel the need to let others know how smart you believe you are.

Left coast. liberal loonie speak. Gotta love it. Tax-a-fornia. Land of the liberals.

Yeah, liberal loonie speak. If you were to venture into the actual forum for this talk, you'd see I'm the ultimate Liberal.

If I'm somewhere where no one there seems to care all that much for me, I look at myself, not at all the people who don't seem to care for me.

Anyways, just another observation like you Zona.

Don't have a clue about your favorite color though.

Classic uninformed take. I had far more mosquitoes in PA than here, like not even close. I never get bites where I now live - but dear God, where I grew up, we got devoured as soon as we stepped outside.

And stagnant humidity? Today is 68 and sunny, idyllic. It's gonna be in the 30's and 20's in Pgh this week. Enjoy.

When I meet Steeler fans who come down for a game down here, their typical comment is "This is what your weather is like? I am moving here." Granted, it is Oct or Nov. not August, but they are blown away by how nice it is here.

Now go make some other ignorant comment, proving you don't know what reality is.

And how would they feel if they were in Florida in July? I bet they'd be saying get me the hell out of here. I spent 4 days in Jax for a wedding years ago in the summer and i couldn't wait to get out.

PA has plenty of 68 degree days as well. I'd rather it be 20 than 90 and 100% humidity.

The heat don't bother me at all. The cold doesn't bother me either. You prep and acclimate to both. I used to do 6-12 mile beach runs at 1 pm when it was 98 degrees outside. It's all mental. The late fall, winter and spring is fantastic. The roads are pristine and flat as well. Works for me.

My sister and her extended family live in Cape Coral. The couple times I've been there were pleasant enough, but I'd want to spend more than just a week or two in any place before deciding to live there.

And you do acclimate to where you live. I've gone back to PA when it's been 70 degrees and everyone is in shorts and tee shirts, while I have a sweat shirt on.

I like how you refer to Steelers' fans in the third person, almost like a slip of the keyboard that you aren't one......hmmm

It's because he isn't.

so is Ramsey overated now after how he has played this year? I would pass on him now.

I'd trade our 1st round pick for him and offer 17 million a year for 4 years. He's a great player. It would be a big time upgrade and a key to stop Mahomes, and Brady in the playoffs.

Then you pay him out of your pocket. Bell part 2

If the absence of a comma was intentional, I would say your favorite color woman is white and you like her with a little meat on her bones. If you meant to put a comma after “color” I will guess your favorite color is blue and you like sassy girls.

So you can compare? I have been all over Florida. AF had houses in J-ville for rent. So we frequented there to maintain them. No other place in Florida gave me that ****-hole feel quite like J-ville. And like every decent sized town it had its share of nice places I visited. But overall they have a large amount of shithole in comparision.

Florida north of I-4 is essentially Alabama.

I'll stay out of God's waiting room. Bunch of flat landers with no basements waiting to die...

Too many old people for me.

That's why I went to the trouble of getting my Florida funeral director's license.

jags fans are basically saying the refs cost them the game. and their coaches suck

Hahahahaha...they held so much in the first half without a call you'd think they're trying to slow dance.

It was unbelievable how much they got away with that.

refs were letting them play today. we got to pick up on this and do the same

I said elsewhere that the Jags did a reasonable impression of the Bengals today.

HELL at first I had to rub my eyes and make sure but I thought it was the CHEATRIOTS out there..........as much ******* holding that was being given away.....................

Salute the nation

Jags have no right to complain about the refs. They let the Jags DBs grab all game long. Especially Ramsey on AB. Lots of DBs could cover AB if they were allowed to grab him every time he made a break.

I’m a guy who thinks there are too many calls for PI and defensive holding. So many times we see a DB just touch a WR and it’s a call. But the Jags went too far. DBs should be able to have a hand on a WR and even a small tug just to maintain a sense of body position.

The call should come when the DB actually stops the WR from running the route or making a play on the ball. That’s what Ramsey kept doing. So many times, AB would make his cut and Ramsey would grab and slow him. That’s the key moment. That’s when a WR gets separation, on the cut.

AB does it all the time. The DB is right with him, then he makes that quick cut in or to a post or a post corner. Whatever the move, that is the moment where AB gets separation and then get back to full speed so quickly that he becomes wide open. If you let the DB grab as the WR makes the move, anybody can cover anybody.
