If you hadn't heard, Tebow is on record as stating that it was God that won that game.
No use fighting against Him. I've always wondered whose side God is on in the big games.

I agree with what you said.Coaches do not care about all that. It is about getting through that press conference. Because by Tuesday and Wednesday, it's on to the next opponent, and what was said at the press conference is largely forgotten. Tomlin has been saying the same crap for 18 or whatever years, and it hasn't impacted him yet. It only bothers people that listen to what he says. Coaches are like politicians. You gotta go into it knowing you are gonna hear some bullshiit.
I agree the fan base is fed up. But it's more about the results than what he says. If the results were better, no one would care what his little go to sayings were. All that being said, the highly compensated comment, even though I rarely listen to anything he says outside of injuries, rubbed me the wrong way in the moment I heard it. It's just arrogance from a guy that should have some humility and gratitude for the job based on the results since 2010.
Fish in water --> I catch fish --> I touch fish --> I touch face --> I now grow tumors and ugly like Blitzsorry you must be the guy that swims while he fishes n a lake.

That one really sucked. I lived in San Diego at the time, and ran my mouth. Never have since. Just won't. Too harsh to be beaten down like that.Personally, the worst lost I remember was under Cowher - AFC Championship game in 1994 against the Chargers, who went on to be destroyed by the 49ers in SB 29. We may not have beaten the 49ers but I think we'd have made a game of it.
I was on a lot of beer.I was on Calling All Sports the week of that Chargers loss.
That loss sucked, but SD was better than anyone cares to give them credit for, they had the 5th ranked offense and 9th ranked defense and played a tougher schedule than we did, they beat Elway, Montana, and Marino that year.Personally, the worst lost I remember was under Cowher - AFC Championship game in 1994 against the Chargers, who went on to be destroyed by the 49ers in SB 29. That one stung mightily...my brother punched a hole in the wall. Think the 49ers would have had us in tgat SB...however, we would have one the next one vs Dallas had we had that SB experience against niners.Personally, the worst lost I remember was under Cowher - AFC Championship game in 1994 against the Chargers, who went on to be destroyed by the 49ers in SB 29.
