I don't think so. He's on the other side of 30 with lots of baggage so if they can get a no.1 and somehow not have to take a huge salary cap hit, then jump all over that no.1 pick.

If Heyward Bey is the source of all this **** leaving the building he can go **** himself too. He was paid 1.2 million dollars for 9 receiving yards and 4 special teams tackles. Keep your trap shut. Snitches get stitches. Not for ABs sake but to not put further embarrassment to the organization that has employed you for what 5 years for NOTHING.
Washington hasn't exactly lit it up. A lot of assuming that the O would be as explosive without him.

**** that, I grew up dirt poor and am an upstanding citizen of these great united states. I also make / think / act / etc. a living working hard like a grown mature adult. BEING growing up poor is NO excuse.

Trade him, release Bud, move up in the draft and take an impact DL, move to more 4/3. Defense fixed. Cap largely fixed. They've got that extra Bell space and can kick some other stuff down the road.
I trust their ability to evaluate WR and find diamonds in the rough way more than I trust them to find defenders that aren't obvious
This might be the incentive they need to bring back a balanced offensive attack. Establish the run, then counter their bringing extra guys up and hit em with a pass to a single covered Washington or JuJu. Not sure if Connor is the guy to carry the load like the Bus did but that's my .02 on what to do if/when AB is sent packing. No doubt they have the line to do it, if they make the run more of a priority
They were without a productive WR this year. You can say down one in performance. Pass catching RBs and TEs helped make up for it.
On a rebuilding team you may hell even be right.
But on a team with a 2 year window for SB or bust. I don't want to further deplete the WRs and hope for the best.
I agree but I think they were not prepared to work without AB and a still hobbled Connor. With him out of the picture I think they could devise other means for moving the ball up and down the field. Plus JuJu will get better at handling the occasional (or frequent) double team and he was not really healthy either.

Just to be correct here, it was a game without AB on short notice. Left practice wednesday, without notice of return. Lot different than if he is traded and whole off season to replace. Just pointing out timing...........

I would say there is a direct connection between poverty and a lot of things. Petulance, acting spoiled and being a me first prick would not be on my list. In fact I would think the exact opposite.
I agree and this very easily could come to the point of no return. If he hangs out with James Harrison over the next while with their Steelers pity party this could go too far fast. And now even if the Steelers would consider parting with Tomlin there is not a chance they will. They wont be held hostage by this fruit cake. No way.
