Megan Rapinoe isn’t the problem. She is certainly a symptom, but hardly the problem.
 
I'm not a soccer guy, but I will watch team USA play. Here's one thing I'll give the women players. They don't cry and fake injuries during the action. Watching the men, a guy gets tackled from behind, then grabs a leg or something to draw a yellow card. As soon as the ref doesn't make a call the same guy is up and running again. Zero respect.


I'm sorry, but faking injuries should not be allowed in any sport. Soccer players are a bunch of crybabies who use the offsides rules to keep the score down. I get why the rest of the world likes it. You can be 5'7" tall and the best in the world. If you're not big enough for American Football, Ice Hockey, Baseball or Basketball...most of the other sports as well there's always soccer and being the jockey for horse racing. Except for life as a jockey is harder and far more dangerous.

Just 4 short years ago, Megan Rapinoe not only stood for the Anthem during the World Cup, she put her hand over her heart and sang like she meant it. Yet, since Donald Trump was elected President, she suddenly found her inner SJW. Nothing has changed in that regard since Obama was President, aside from prison reform and a robust economy, yet now it is fashionable to protest things that really aren’t happening on a scale anywhere close to what the left would suggest. She isn’t the problem, although her new found popularity in “resistance” to Trump has made her something of a cult hero to libs the world over. She is a symptom. Nothing more.

Then everyone is a symptom. Ideas and ideology only are formed in the human mind. She is not just a symptom she is a repository for liberalism and she should take responsibility for that. Liberal America today is an ideology carried on by real people. So she is part of the problem.

No she isn’t. Liberalism was alive and well four years ago, yet she was not kneeling or protesting. Tell me, what has changed in regard to LBGTQ rights since then. Nothing. Nothing at all. Yet with a different president, she suddenly has a problem. Literally nothing in her orbit has changed, other than a bunch of perceived injustices at the hands of Donald Trump. That’s it. Liberalism and the PC culture is the problem. She is merely a symptom of that.

I think you are not grasping what I am saying. Liberals are the problem... she is a liberal ergo she is part of the problem. PC culture and liberalism are not natural physical entities. They are relegated to the human mind. Anyone, not just her, but anyone who champions these philosophies are part of the problem. Culture mimics what's in the mind not the other way around. As long as you have people believing that there are protected people in society and want to blame others for their misfortune you're going to have issues.
 
Here's some questions Trump haters can't answer

What has Trump actually done to harm women?
What has Trump actually done to harm black people?
What has Trump actually done to harm gay people?
What has Trump actually done to make immigration problems worse?

You would think that Trump re-enacted slavery and took away women's right to vote the way the left talks about him.

Trump's sin is that he stopped the socialist agenda.
