I guess my question to you and your brilliant, unparalleled legal mind, is if Trump, Giuliani and Nunes are all so clearly innocent of any wrongdoing, that they were simply doing their jobs and acting in good faith by looking into 1. general corruption in Ukraine, and 2. possible criminal activity by the former Vice President and his son, why in the world have they been so secretive about it? Why has the WH refused to hand over legally subpoened documents? Why has Trump barred members of his cabinet and his government from testifying? Why did Nunes keep all of his contacts with Parnas secret? Why did Trump and those working for him go around the normal governmental channels to achieve these goals? Then deny and lie about all of it?
Rather odd, wouldn't you say, from the President on down, given they were perfectly in their right to do what they did - as you suggest - and were serving the best interests of the country and our national security.
He did it just to piss you off.

Jim Cramer: These are the best jobs numbers of our lives
CNBC’s Jim Cramer said Friday no matter your view on President Donald Trump there’s no denying we’re living in the best labor market in more than a generation.
“You can’t contradict that these are the best numbers of our lives. You can’t,” Cramer, 64, said following the government report showing the U.S. economy created a better-than-expected 266,000 nonfarm jobs in November, with the unemployment rate dipping to 3.5%, matching a 50-year low. Economists had expected the jobless rate to hold steady at 3.6% last month.
“People don’t want to say good things” about the economy, said Cramer, echoing comments he made Thursday evening on “Mad Money,” telling investors: “Don’t let the armageddonists and the negativists and the hucksters scare you away from owning stocks.”
Referring to Trump, Cramer said Friday on “Squawk Box,” shortly after the jobs report was released, “It doesn’t matter whether you hate him or like him, these are real numbers.”
“This is the best number I’ve ever seen in my life,” Cramer said, zeroing in on the unemployment rate. “Fifty years ago, that number was a curse. Now it’s a blessing.” He added, “I don’t see inflation. I don’t see recession.”
Cramer said the strong U.S. job market is going to allow America to win the trade war with China. “The president can walk away from the table with this number.” He added: “In the end, the Chinese are going to have to put jobs here.”

- The White House and Presidents - ALL OF THEM - are universally secretive about communications with foreign leaders. What did Bammy tell Ukraine about concerns of corruption and Burisma? What did H.W. Bush tell the Chinese about Tiananmen square? What did Bammy tell the Israelis about Syria? We don't know, right, since those conversations ARE KEPT PRIVILEGED, BECAUSE THEY ARE, OH, I DON'T KNOW, PRIVILEGED.
- Why has Trump not "cooperated" with a corrupt, sleazy, lying, scheming House? You're serious? Did you know that 16 of the 24 Dims on the Judiciary panel have voted to impeach Trump BEFORE a ******* phone call?? Jesus Christ, yeah, he should turn over 100,000 pages and expect fair treatment. - As to "legally subpoenaed documents." You are in over your head, Go back to Think Progress or Media Matters or some other Soros site and try to cobble together some drooling, irrelevant reply. Why do parties object to subpoenas which invade privilege, including attorney-client privilege and Executive privilege? Two reasons. First, as a matter of policy, those holding the privilege will assert the privilege to protect it. The fact that a subpoena meets the slim requirements to be "legal" means **** for invading privilege. I supoena your wife's medical records, or your kid's school records. The subpoena is "legal." Would you just sit idly by and let me obtain those records? Hey, maybe - MAYBE - something dispositive is contained, right? SO WHAT ARE YOU HIDING!?!? That is the first point.
- Second, under the Federal Rules of Evidence, if a party waives a privilege - which a party can do - the party runs the risk of waiving the privilege for all similar communications - a terrible idea for Executive privilege, a very long-held and recognized privilege that allows the Executive branch to have frank discussions with other world leaders and internally with staff.
