The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Kind of like the election results from yesterday? Seems 'the rest of the country' has not bought into Trump's bs, thank God. Just like in the midterms, I expect we'll see more of the same from hereon.

I have listed, several times, Trump's accomplishments in terms of GDP growth, job growth, wage growth, trade deals, etc.

Can you list the (D)im's achievements over the past 3 years? I looked, and can't seem to find any.

The Democrats if you truly look at State by State polling on issues are actually losing major ground electorally particularly with impeachment. It is not popular n the State they would need to win back or not lose. The Dems have gone so far left I don't think there is much chance of any of them beating Trump unless Gabbard would miraculously get the nomination which is highly unlikely. The Dems know this that is why they are pushing a non issue so hard for impeachment. It is there only chance of beating Trump, at this point.

Uhm... when Trump took office 34 governors were Republicans, 16 were Democrats, 1 was Independent. Dems have since flipped Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Wisconsin—& now Kentucky. Come January, there will be 26 GOP governors & 24 Democrats. Looks like Trump is doing a bang-up job rallying voters.

So what have these professional politicians done to make America better?

Trump told China to **** off on its currency manipulation, intellectual property theft, and trade robbery. He has FORCED China to revisit trade relations with our country.

That is more than any (D)im politician has accomplished in the past 75 years.

Ask McConnell about all the House bills gathering dust on his desk that he's been stonewalling for years. Trump & McConnell have brought legislation to a nearly complete halt. But of course you blame the Dems for that.

Trump's tariffs on China can be expected to increase nationwide consumer costs for Americans by $24 billion annually. The deficit is nearly $1 trillion dollars, growing by nearly $205 billion, or 26 percent, in the past year. The deficit is up nearly 50 percent in the Trump era. Quite the accomplishment, truly.

You really have no clue who the enemy is, do you? You posted numerous sources pointing out that Putin and Russia are not our allies. I said, "He's right, you know."

******* Russia is a flea compared to China. China is our enemy. China is going to destroy our nation ... and Clinton, and Biden, and Obama, and Bush, and Ryan, and Feinstein, and Pelosi DID NOT DO ONE ************* THING, NOT ONE, TO STOP IT.

No, **** no. They ENCOURAGED the rape of America and her workers. I genuinely root for all these politicians, who get rich by selling us out, to be dragged out of their offices and put at the end of a rope.

Like what?

Oh, and of ******* course I blame the (D)ims for the lack of credible government action. You may wish to review your civics. The HOUSE is the source for every piece of legislation.

I think you guys should be thankful for the two spots on the Supreme Court and the huge number of judges (1-out-of-4) Trump's appointed to the federal courts and call it a day. Those will be his major accomplishments when it's all said and done. Everything else is bluster and lies mixed in with corruption, extortion, abuse of power, lying and deceit, sprinkled with a little treason on top.

I wonder in hindsight - once the smoke has cleared - how some of you will look back on this presidency..

This is the exact point I was trying to make, I don't believe the smoke will ever clear.

I'm probably one of the more moderate posters on this board, and it appears to be all political to me.

Look, if Trump is guilty of an actual crime fine, but until it's proven, I know novel concept, any logical individual would say STFU to all the noise.

If you truly don't think this is political, then that's on you. My take is that the Democrats know they have little chance of defeating Trump next year with their current cast of characters, and will stoop to any depths to remove him before the election.

The HOUSE is the source for every piece of legislation.

Which is exactly what they've been doing. You may not like their policies, but you can't blame the Dems for lack of legislation. The House isn't paralyzed, the Senate is, you can thank McConnell & Trump for that.

As of July, in their first half year as the majority, House Democrats had passed a total of 569 bills that are blocked in the Senate.

Consider:

The For the People Act — HR 1 — contained the most comprehensive campaign finance and voting reforms since the 1965 Voting Rights Act. It would have made it easier to register to vote, harder to gerrymander districts, forced disclosure of secret funds, required paper ballots to limit election interference and would have begun to counter the influence of big money in our elections. McConnell refuses even to allow a vote in the Senate.

HR 5 — the Equality Act — extends civil rights protections to members of the LGBTQ community. This is long overdue. McConnell refuses to allow a vote in the Senate.

HR 6 — the American Dream and Promise Act — would have protected the Dreamers and offered a path to citizenship to 2 million immigrants without official status. McConnell refuses to allow a vote in the Senate.

HR 7 — the Paycheck Fairness Act — would have strengthened measures to counter the growing pay gap between men and women. No vote in the Senate.

HR 8 — the Bipartisan Background Checks Act — would have required universal background checks in the sale of guns, a reform supported by the vast majority of Americans. No vote in the Senate.

This list can go on.

The Raise the Wage Act would have raised the minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2025.

House Democrats passed a bill to return the U.S. to the Paris Climate Accord, which Trump scorns.

House Democrats have passed legislation that would protect those with pre-existing conditions and lower prescription drug prices. They’ve acted to save net neutrality. They’ve passed nine bills to aid veterans, including extending childcare to veterans with young children.

House Democrats put forth a major plan to rebuild our infrastructure; Trump stormed out of the meeting set up to discuss it. When the Senate actually passed a House resolution to get U.S. forces out of the Yemen catastrophe, Trump vetoed it.

Oh, and Tibs, you are simply not being genuine on the impeachment campaign. First, the ******* phone call about Ukraine has nothing to do with the goddamn impeachment and to claim otherwise is simply ridiculous. Schiffty said he had enough to impeach the President in 2017 - two years BEFORE the dreaded phone call. So I guess he is Miss Cleo? Or simply a balloon-headed rube looking for any phony reason to overturn an election.

Second, the "key witness" knows less about the phone call than apparently I do:

A key Democratic witness against Trump admitted in congressional testimony last month that he was not part of the July 25 phone call between the U.S. and Ukrainian presidents, that he didn’t see a transcript or readout of it until late September when it was declassified and released, and that he has never even spoken to President Donald Trump.

William Taylor, the charge d’affairs of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, told lawmakers in secret testimony two weeks ago that his opinions about an alleged quid pro quo demanded by Trump were formed largely from conversations with anti-Trump staffers within the diplomatic bureaucracy.

“[Y]ou’ve never spoken to Mr. [Rudy] Giuliani?” Taylor was asked.

“No, no,” he replied.

“Has anyone ever asked you to speak to Mr. Giuliani?”

“No,” Taylor said.

“And if I may, have you spoken to the president of the United States?” Taylor was asked.

“I have not,” he said.

“You had no communications with the president of the United States?”

“Correct,” Taylor said.

He also admitted he had never spoken to Mick Mulvaney, Trump’s chief of staff.

When asked who exactly he had spoken to about the brouhaha, Taylor confirmed that his only contacts about the matter were with John Bolton, the former national security adviser who was fired by Trump, Fiona Hill, Alexander Vindman, and Tim Morrison. Both Hill and Vindman are rumored to have been sources for the so-called whistleblower who filed a complaint against Trump in August.

Taylor also testified that his knowledge of the phone call between Trump and Ukrainian president Volodymr Zelensky wasn’t first-hand knowledge.

“And this isn’t firsthand. It’s not secondhand. It’s not thirdhand,” Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y., said to Taylor. “But if I understand this correctly, you’re telling us that Tim Morrison told you that Ambassador Sondland told him that the president told Ambassador Sondland that Zelensky would have to open an investigation into Biden?”

“That’s correct,” Taylor admitted.

We have the ******* transcript. Nothing said was remotely improper for the guy elected to RUN FOREIGN POLICY. And those bureaucratic weanies who are backstabbing the commander-in-chief are garbage. **** them all.

Wow, shocking that the lefty dream-and-cream-on-your-LGBTYXOV-partner wish list is not going anywhere.

Thank God. Make millions of illegals citizens ... I wonder how the (D)ims would be pushing if they believed the illegals would vote (R)? It's almost as if they put in place a policy some 50 years ago to overcome the very likely outcome that they would be done as a party by now without flooding the country with illegals and emigres from Mexico, Central America, South America, etc.

Because they did.

Ask McConnell about all the House bills gathering dust on his desk that he's been stonewalling for years. Trump & McConnell have brought legislation to a nearly complete halt. But of course you blame the Dems for that.
I do blame McConnell for that and Pelosi, Schumer, Schumer's predecessor and almost every House and Senate Dem and Republican. NEITHER side is willing to work with the other side anymore. The Republicans used to be able to and did with Clinton but the rivalry has become so intense and immature that neither side can ever be seen to allow compromise or a victory to the other side even if it is the best interest of they are supposed to represent. That is where all of the anger irrationally focused on Trump should be aimed. That is where we need to focus on real change. I am sick to death of the petulance and venom spewed by Congress. Recently it has been the Dems at least vocally, the Republicans are just less vocal about things. Trump despite your irrational hate as I have said over and over again would work with a Democratic House if they passed bills with REAL compromise and no poison pill add ons. He would push old Mitch to push some of the bills through but they don't even try they just write what they want regardless of whether it has any real chance of passing.

Pelosi seems to be dragging her feet on the USMCA, or doesn't that count?

Diane ******* Feinstein had a Chinese spy working for her for 20 years, and you don't say a ******* word.

Trump standing up to China - unlike Bush I, or Clinton, or Bush II, or Bammy - is the most important thing any President has done since Kennedy stood up to Russian aggression in 1962. Arguably, it is the most important thing any President has done since Truman authorized dropping the bomb on Japan and ending WWII.

The fact the (D)ims fail to see how massive a lying, cheating threat the Chinese are is simply mind-boggling. Approximately 60,000 Americans per year - more than died in 13 years in Vietnam - die annually due to opiates, the VAST majority of which are made in China and shipped to Mexico for importation into our country to murder our citizens.

China is building islands in the Chinese sea and threatening Japan. China is manipulating currency to cheat on trade. China has taken massive advantage of the idiotic trade deals by Clinton and others. China pumps out massive amounts of murderous drugs and pumps them into America. China steals our technology, and also gets into agreements with stupid American companies to allow them to manufacture and sell in China if they give up their tech, they do, China steals the tech and kicks the companies out. China is developing space weapons. China is developing space travel. China is far ahead in 5G, which they will use to spy on Americans and steal more technology.

And ******* (D)ims are worried about ************* UKRAINE?!?!?!?!

Wow, shocking that the lefty wish list is not going anywhere.

You've just painted yourself into a corner. First arguing the Dems aren't putting forth legislation and in the next breath saying the legislation they are putting forth isn't to your - or Trump's - liking. Make up your mind.

He would push old Mitch to push some of the bills through but they don't even try they just write what they want regardless of whether it has any real chance of passing.
It's like a chicken and egg thing. McConnell's stance has been he won't put forth any legislation Trump won't sign. Trump is unwilling - or unable - to negotiate w Pelosi & Schumer, those meetings ending in Trump hissy fits time and time again. Hence the deadlock and nothing gets accomplished. Bravo.

The legislation you cited is a joke and cobbled together from Media Matters or some other **** site.

Trump has asked for trade legislation which benefits America and American workers - denied as Nancy and the Shrinkwraps don't want to give Trump credit.

Trump has proposed changing prescription legislation to allow Americans to get their Rx much, much more cheaply - denied as Nancy and the Shrinkwraps don't want to give Trump credit.

Trump has proposed infrastructure improvement - denied as Nancy and the Shrinkwraps don't want to give Trump credit.

What Trump proposes helps America; your list helps a narrow section of (D)im voters.

Were you there? No? Then how the **** do you know who threw the hissy fit?

Once again your blind bias is revealed.

So, Tibs, thrilled with all the (D)im victories, ehh?

Including Joe Morrissey, jailed for sex with a 17-year old? No problem with that, I bet.

Or the repeat rapist Lt. Governor. No harm there, right?

Or Governor Blackface. No issue with that, ehh?

You must be so proud. But let's not digress - ORANGE MAN BAD!!

No I said they are unwilling to even try to work with the other side, in the House, to put forth legislation that both sides can stomach and again I did say that applies to both sides. I am not making this a purely partisan issue. Both sides of both Houses of Congress are good for nothing. Pelosi and Schumer are a symptom of both sides issues they are just the poster children for it right now.

Hottie at the rally tonight, 1 O’clock behind Trump. Sheer top complete with nipples. Keep America Great! Might be an optical illusion, but I Beleive.

Holy **** it’s real! Confirmed! She’ll be famous tomorrow. Great ****.

Gee, thanks hamster. I’ll be around after the fall of the Trump empire, so we can discuss how the country can pick up the broken shards of the Republic and figure out how to piece it back together again. See you soon.

I hope you won't be absent until 2024. That would be unfortunate.

Trump's greatest accomplishment will be, other than appointing judges, exposing the deep state , and the main stream media ******.
Yes, there are criminal investigations ongoing. If the Dems didn't do anything wrong, they have nothing to worry about. But these are serious lawyers, not like the Mueller/Weissman clowns. There are crimes, and they will be prosecuted.

It is going to get ugly. Tibs. If you think that things will just magically go back to normal after Trump, you have not been paying attention

But I'm just a brainwashed Trumptard, so what do I know?.
