The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Why would it be so awful? Because the curtain gets pulled back a little further? I mean, is Joe Biden and his son above reproach? They shouldn't have to answer questions about that shady Ukrainian bullshit they pulled? Yeah, I agree. Do it. There are a lot of people in both chambers that need exposed for the frauds that they are.

Right on, if they have done nothing shady they should WANT to testify before Congress

Trump just said it, bring them in!

LOL medias heads asplodin! Alert!

I agree, bring them all in for questioning. If you have nothing to hide, why not?

I can guarantee you I watch more live congressional hearings & press briefings, and read more transcripts, including this one (as well as the entire Mueller report), than this entire board combined. I don't say that to brag, just stating as fact. I'm a bit odd in that way, that I pay attention and research political matters to the extent that I do, since I'm not a journalist, a political analyst or a historian. But I do get a kick out of it, I do it as a hobby, I guess.

Indy and others are talking about nipples, you accuse him of "not getting out a lot," and then you write this ****? Holy ****, Tibs, some pimply kid playing Dungeons & Dragons is just shaking his head and say, "Wow, get a ******* life."

P.S. Trump should just use the CIA, NSA and FBI to spy on Biden, Warren, Kameltoe, et al. That is clearly 100% above-board since you and your brain-dead ilk lick Obama's butthole for doing just that.

Right on, if they have done nothing shady they should WANT to testify before Congress

I have no problem with them sending out subpoenas to anyone involved, including the Bidens. It would be equally important for Trump to allow members of his administration to testify. Sadly, the opposite is the case. As you write, 'if they have done nothing shady, they should want to testify before Congress.' So what gives? Why is the Trump administration keeping key witnesses from testifying?

At every turn, the Trump administration has tried to stymie congressional investigators in their bids to pry loose documents and information. They have blocked advisers from testifying, refused to turn over records and gone to court to defend their obstinance.

LOL, that made me laugh, thanks. And it's true, I do need to spend less time following this ****. Doesn't help that I'm an insomniac...

You seem to be quoting lazy, stupid, drippingly-irritating left wing journalists who don't know the difference between their boyfriend's **** and a garbage disposal ...

1. Trump asserts a well-founded privilege and the courts are uniformly upholding his objections. Are the judges being "obstinate" too??
2. Biden's son has no such ******* privilege. I'm pretty sure he was never a member of the executive branch, just a leech becoming a millionaire through daddy's interventions in foreign countries.

As to the blatant misuse of the impeachment powers, foisting a ******* lie on the American people for 2 1/2 years, wasting $40 million for ******* nothing, subpoenaing tax records for no legitimate reason, using the FBI and CIA to spy on political opponents - it's ******* on as far as I am concerned. I don't want to ever hear one ************* complaint - NOT ONE - when a Republican does exactly the same to the (D)ims.

Of course, the vile (D)ims know that the Republicans would never abuse power so grotesquely. That blatant level of corruption is reserved for the (D)ims. I pray that Trump returns the favor nonetheless.

How about subpoenaing Nancy's tax returns? Or Sleepy Joe's? How about Hunter's? I sure as hell would like to see the tax returns of the judges who think tax returns can be compelled.

Breaking news alert!

Creepy Uncle Joe busted sniffing girls hair again

This predator should be taken off the streets

Every President obstructs if/when a completely partisan congressional investigation takes place.

Reagan did it. Clinton did it. Bush did it. Obama did it. Trump is doing it.

Quit acting like it's a smoking gun Tibs. You're better than that. Eric Holder once refused to testify in front of congress. Was that proof of guilt?

Again, I'm not saying what Trump did was 100% moral. But he is constantly exposing the hypocrisy of the entire system and the bias of the American media.

How/when Hunter Biden got his cushy $500,000/job in Ukraine the exact same month VP Joe Biden negotiated an aid package to Ukraine and had meetings with said oil firm is CLEARLY just as bad (if not worse) than anything Trump did with this "clean up corruption or you don't get aid" intent from Trump. Yet not a peep from the media. Not a care from congress. Not a full blown investigation that screeches government to a halt.

It's not that I'm defending Trump for everything he does. It's the constant sky-is-falling, worst thing ever nonsense the media and their lemmings constantly scold voters about when this level of corruption is commonplace in our federal government. COMMONPLACE.

Again, I have no problem you are against it. But for **** sake, be consistent about it. Obama was a ******* Chicago mobster. He completely ignored working with congress on ANYTHING. Decided to govern by executive order and memorandums and politicized the DOJ, IRS and EPA to reach his ends. Trump can't even UNDO the crap Obama did without getting sued in court. How can a President NOT UNDO an executive order from another President exactly Tibs? How is that possible in your "way government should work" imaginary world you propose? Because I certainly don't understand it. I thought elections have consequences. And I thought if you make a "law" by going around congress, than there are ramifications if another President gets elected? Don't you agree?

And as for the merits of this Ukraine business rising to "high crimes and misdemeanors", well, after the Dems have cried wolf on pretty much EVERYTHING since the day after election, don't expect me to pay much attention or give them the benefit of the doubt in their accusations. Every new "high crime and misdemeanor" they come up with has been a mole hill, not the mountain they keep hoping for. This is exactly the same.

If you want to impeach Trump on mole hill issues, go right ahead. But you damn well want to impeach a democrat on mole hill issues the next time around. That's all I'm saying.

"Mole hill?!? MOLE HILL?!? The emoluments clause is a big ******* deal. I don't know what it is, but I read on Media Matters that it, well, matters and means Trump should be imprisoned for ... well, something!!!!!!!"

According to Forbes, Trump has lost 31% of his net worth since he announced his run for President.

In fact, he might be the first (and only) President to actually LOSE net worth by taking the job.

Maybe democrats should ask how the Clintons go from net worth of $7 million in 1992 to $120 million in 2016? Or how the Obama's net worth multiplied by 30 WHILE HE WAS IN OFFICE!!! Aren't those much more important issues than emoluments?

And continued ****** trade deals, and spying on political opponents, and bowing to China, and licking China's butt crack. THAT'S what we need."

James Comey: If Trump Is Re-Elected-“Am Leaving America”,

On an interview with MSNBC host Nicole Wallace, corrupt and fired FBI Director James Comey revealed that he would move to his “new home” in New Zealand if President Donald Trump gets re-elected in 2020.
This comment by the former FBI director further proves his extreme political bias and vindicates President Trump’s decision to fire him.

Not if you're in jail, ******.

You should get that taken care of. Insomnia leads to increased risk for heart attack and stroke.

This is wildly off topic, but...

You're right Sarge, but I refuse to take meds for it. I do get roughly 5-6 hours sleep most nights, been that way for the past 20 years or so. I do take blood pressure medication, but don't want to take a pill to knock me out each night. Thank God I'm in the restaurant business, so my sleep pattern is usually 3 am - 9 am or so. Do people sleep more than six hours a night? I'm able to go a full day without feeling fatigued. I guess everyone's different.

That's about all I get. I was diagnosed with diabetes three years ago and I guess one of the side effects is that you don't sleep well, or at least not for long. Then about a year and a half ago I got tinnitus which makes sleeping difficult. I spend most nights on the couch because I need the TV on to drown out the ringing but Mrs. Burgundy can't sleep with the TV on. I have a script for Ambien but I don't like to take it more than twice a week, don't want to get dependent. I self-medicate with alcohol instead. :towel: When I post at 3:22 AM I really am wide awake.

Doesn't help that you're a Hungarian either.

Oooooh, that classic dig at my cultural heritage. Some habits are hard to break, I guess. That's always a zinger, when you attack a fellow American based on his ancestry. Makes you look like a real tough guy. LOL
