I am so sick of Shazier and his "injury" BS.....you can be Jack Lambert but if you're only on the field 30% of the time who gives a ****. I would rather have Fort out there spilling his guts than a friggin' china doll. Nothing against him personally...you just cannot stand the rigor of playing the game....*****.

Let's see if Shazier can play a good full game against the Bungles. If not I think we should be done with the whole early round undersized LB draft thing.
 
He's hurt a lot, it's unfortunate but they've played more without him since he's been a Steeler than they have with him.
 
**** that I take Shazier Every day all day. Just make sure I have a good backup

Wheaton being available does not impact Rogers' snapcount. Wheaton is not the slot receiver in this offense. He plays XY position. Coates will back up Wheaton, who backs up AB.

Being fast doesn't mean he has the instincts to play safety

Coates is listed as AB's backup, and I believe he should be the 3rd outside receiver on the field with who we have. DHB being 4th.
 
Sad thing with Shazier is we have heard this song before. He says he is OK to play and then sits for 2 or 3 weeks. I sure hope is near 100% and can play this weekend because we will need his speed on the field. But, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he doesn't play.
 
He was a full practice participant today

If Fort keeps playing like he did, he will be an undrafted guy who bounced from the BROWNs (of all teams) to become a productive player. That is a diamond in the ruff, indeed. If Rogers puts up Welker #s (several years of over 100 catches a season) then he will also fit that description.
