Wilson was successful for a short period until he or defenses remembered his game, along with a weakly coached offensive line...everything came tumbling down. Fields is not my kind of QB...and the Steelers would be fools to think we can just run him out there and not completely change our offense. I would never double cover anyone with him at QB, just contain him, keep him in the pocket and from running...which seems to be the the what the very very short list of offensive plays that is run with him in there. I don't know the number we need, but we need WR's ( at least a proven slot receiver, and a legitimate deep threat), not the d league WR we have been running with GP. I think if Fields is ever going to be successful, he needs to be in a run and gun offense, ...not run option.....we and every damn defense in the NFL know what option he prefers. He literally has to see a receiver open to think that it is a decent option over him running the ball.
