Let's be honest Steelers got lucky

And everyone claiming that is wrong. The way the rule is written right now, it was the correct call. Again, Likely dropped the ball, and he's the only one to truly blame for that call. And it's not a one off for him.

Integrity of the game is hilarious...Did you know Micah Parson's doesn't have a single holding call drawn on him all year? Sound familiar? Watt and Harrison can relate, but you want to talk about integrity of the game.

It was first down. Second down they get 8 yards with a pass to Henry, then couldn't get 2 yards on 3rd and 4th down. It wasn't like it was a fourth down call...You're wrong about the call. It's two average teams, it's not gonna matter at the end of the season, just move on...
It's hilarious to you. And that's OK. I don't care if the player has a history of drops. How is that relevant

But two feet, a football move or enough time to make a football move is the rule

Thems the rules, have a good weekend sir

This entire debate is an exercise in futility,
Not to mention non-consequential.

The league has an overall plan and agenda, and it’s pretty obvious unfortunately, that decisions are made to sway outcomes every Sunday, especially in games of importance with playoff implications.
So the question is why would the league prefer the Steelers to win the North and not the ravens this year?

I hope I’m wrong about all this, but it just becomes more and more evident every season.

So the other question is , if this is the case and I somewhat believe it’s happening, why do I still watch it, and even more thought-provoking, wager on it?!?

Answer my own question, it’s because I demand entertainment!
To quote an old friend of ours lol

Exactly. It gives them a gray area to work in

Football move or enough time to make a football move
The "enough time" is the dumbest part of the rule. You are talking about split seconds how long is enough time? That is almost impossible to determine. I am not seeing a football move so I say the call is correct. He reached out for the ball to make the catch. I did not see him purposefully extend it more or do any of the other stuff. If it was against the Steelers i would feel the same way. As others stated that was not a game ending play. It was only 1st down and the Ravens had opportunities to score again. I question the Rodgers non int more but I feel that call was probably correct as well.

Why do you keep repeating yourself instead of adding something of substance to the debate
He did not need to get another foot down

Read the rule and stop spreading nonsense

Read the damn rule

Read the damn rule so you can make a substantive argument

All of the elements of a catch were present

Read the entire damn rule not just the parts that appeal to your cognitive bias

Give it a try
:unsure::unsure:

I don't expect you to understand this even though it's super simple. For whatever reason you want to focus on me and my "sad heart" instead of the topic

Our result on Sunday was favorable but that makes us long-term losers. Don't be an idiot

sad hearts heal. takes time but they do. the topic s clear. change the rule. we all agree.

Raven's were Robbed!!
Criminal.
These Ref's are 100% crooked
That "No Catch" was the most obvious and blatantly bad call I have ever seen.
We are at a point where the refs can make any call and reverse anything they want to decide games. Which they did yesterday.
They can even admit it was wrong after the fact, what can anyone do? Nothing!
Reminds me of when the Saints were robbed a few years ago and missed the playoffs.

Makes me sick to think about if it happened the other way around?
That call was 1000% indefensible.
It's not right. Getting harder and harder to be a fan of this game.
What's right is right and wrong is wrong, even if we benefited.

Just calling balls and strikes
By the letter of the law it was the right call, although a stupid one. Theres literally no football move to make in the endzone. They need to change that call to two feet down as being primary and essential in the endzone only and im sure they will. I can understand outside the endzone the rule making sense, but I dont understand them having no forethought that this could potentially be a issue within the endzone.

I never wanted to believe the conspiracy theories but I'm coming around to thinking that the NFL is as legit as the WWE.
The public is kind of worn out on the Chefs/Mahomes/Mr. Taylor Swift saga. Time for a new favorite team.
The league noticed that it's been a while since The Greatest Coach Ever Who's Never Had A Losing Season has won a playoff game.
A-Aron winning another SB at 42 would be a good story.
One of the most loyal fanbases in the league is extremely pissed off and wants their Rooney Rule head coach fired.
It's starting to add up.
I'll ride the wave but this **** is scripted.

Yeah, right on. I can see the win a playoff game angle for sure. No so much about winning the Super Bowl with Aaron Rodgers.

If indeed, our conspiracy theories are true, and are tinfoil hats our fitting properly, I believe the league would love to see Buffalo win a Super Bowl this year. That’s why I put a few coins on the bills to win the Super Bowl several weeks ago.

Unfortunately, or fortunately when I win, I now base my NFL wagers on what would be the most favorable outcome for the league, especially in big games this time of the season

They sure didn't rig the 6 losses. Steelers earned those all by themselves

#3, the football move should go away. Possession and two feet (but not the same foot twice) is enough. :) Or a knee, forearm, or ****.
What about when you catch the ball with a toe touch? Where is the football move there. Santonio in the SB, Mike Wallace in the front of the left pilon to end the game, etc. THOSE ARE CATCHES because they had possession with two feet down. End of story. No football move necessary there.

BUT, the "football move" allows that interpretation that the NFL loves.

If the NFL was in fact rigged, I'd have to think Jerry Jones and all his money would've made the Cowboys win something by now.
Yeah, if you look at it that way. The way I see it. The Cowboys have no need for the leagues assistance with keeping them so profitable and with having maybe the most fan support in the world. And that’s even with them not winning a cupcake in a long time
Cowboys still have the gleam with the casual fans and public opinionof the NFL. The turds don’t need any polish right now..

Lol… they sure as hell didn’t need help looking not so good in those games. However, the way I see it, it’s possible the NFL lets the teams play without any outside influence early in the season. When December football starts, and the league looks at which teams are positioned where, that’s when the magic starts..

Jones is an egomaniac, he'd want both if that were possible.

So why didn't the Chiefs beat the Texans on MNF? They've decided that KC is no longer relevant?
