Landry Jones to Start on Sunday

You guys kill me. So, if they tell the winless Browns that those guys aren't playing Saturday afternoon it's better? Sure, they will prepare differently, but they suck ***. Obviously the Steelers would rather stay healthy for the games that actually matter, than risk Ben or another irreplaceable guy getting hurt in ****** conditions Sunday. Those idiots!!

Btw Gilbert trying to deny it on social media, but the audio doesn't lie

He opened his mouth but will Tomlin cash the check?

Jets win! Steelers lose!

Tomlin becomes first HC to be fired in playoff bye round!

hahahahahahahahah

If you look back at last season the entire starting Defense played. I expect to see the same thing Sunday

God knows they need the practice.

Yeah, Marcus Gilbert made it up.

So what head coach lets his players run their mouths and give up information like that? NONE!

Tight ship he's running, the players are running the team now I guess

LOL, the players..................

I expect it will be a very competitive game.

I may certainly be wrong, wouldn't deny it if I was, but the NFL certainly has a vested interest in keeping the Browns from going 0-16. Particularly with this "Perfect Season" parade actually permitted and scheduled. It's a bad look for the NFL.

But, it's Cleveland...they will mess this up.

yeah Tomlin sucks I mean like that bye he put the Steelers in position to have.

And winning all but two games (Steelers beat the pats no matter what the score shows)

man how dare he let the players speak out against a transvestite transforming twatwaffle of a teammate

fans should still think he was a model player, instead of being the big ******** that he really is

man

**** a Tomlin

Steelers appear to be going without Ben Roethlisberger, Le'Veon Bell, Maurkice Pouncey for Sunday

Nothing is official, but indications are that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, running back Le'Veon Bell and possibly defensive end Cam Heyward will sit out the season finale Sunday against the winless Cleveland Browns.

Offensive coordinator Todd Haley didn't tip his hand Thursday on whether the starters will play against the Browns or for how long, but he said the game plan won't change no matter the personnel on the field.

“We're getting ready to play as we always get ready,” Haley said. “Every guy in here is expecting to play and is going through their normal routine to get ready.”

uh-oh, loose lips sink ships

It's already all over the Pats boards....

I guess they are giving up on the 1 seed?

Pitt and NE couldn't be more different franchises. Imagine if Cameron Fleming came out and told (the press) Brady and DLew aren't playing Sunday? He'd be stuffed in a barrel and left somewhere.

Not really giving up on the 1 seed, but a win against the Browns only matters if the Jets beat the Pats***** in Foxboro, which won't happen.

Here is the thing. Rosters are limited. If you sit Ben and Bell only so much can be done. Starters will play a half and backups inserted after. Last thing you want to do with a starter is warm up. Cool down and then put him in because of an injury. Everyone else dresses. Not everyone will play 4 quarters. Right call.
