Ju Ju signs with Steelers

Ben will be gone. Juju will bail. With the higher cap $$
It will depend on his play. He could have already bailed. I think most will find the grass isn't always greener. If you want a lasting brand and people to hold you high?

Play for the Steelers. Play well. They'll never forget you.

**** I still plug for L.C.Greenwood to go in the HOF like he's family.

Makes sense for JuJu, this is not a great year to be a FA. He's only 24 so play out this season and put up solid numbers, then hit the FA market for a big payday next year, or resign with the Steelers when they're in better cap shape next season.

It's a smart move for him, he wasn't going to get what he wanted long term so he'll wait a year when more money is available. His 2021 stats will look better playing for Ben rather than the Ravens and increase his value next year which should offset the extra cash Baltimore was offering.

I fear that somehow, despite the fact that re-signing your own players should not factor into the super-secret magic free agent compensation formula, this signing will result in the Patriots getting a 3rd round comp pick and the Steelers no more than a 5th round pick despite the Bud signing.

Well the risk is all on him. If he blows out his knee. He's ******. I'm pretty certain the Steelers will take care of him.

Cheats would get a 3rd round pick for losing the waterboy in FA.

Wow! Never saw it coming. Turned down the Ravens,Chiefs, Eagles, and Jets it appears for more money and years.
They must have a handshake agreement with him for beyond next year otherwise makes no sense. We will have loads of cap space which means Minka and TJ get resigned and if JuJu has a nice year, he’ll get his money too from us.
Afterall he will only be 25 next year and could see a long term deal getting done. Most likely they will let Washington walk.
Great signing by Steelers and thank you JuJu.

One year to ride with Ben. It would have been better to sign him for more and longer to reduce the cap but he's probably looking to get a good year in and then get a bigger pay day. Glad he's back. Draft a RB and OL in rounds 1 and 2 (with moving up in round 2) and another OL in round 3 to shore up the running game.

One report others team passed on him, supposly he was first rated at 14 million then down to 11million now he signs for eight. Rather they would have kept a defensive guy

LOL, that didn't take long, fans and some media blaming Ben for Nelson being traded so he could have JuJu back.

This was just smart business, unlike Bell...
he plays one year on a familiar team that is very good for him statwise. He hits ufa with more open cap space than ever for everyone

if he signs with the eagles long term now, he misses on the monster money next year

if he takes a bigger one year contract and his stats struggled, he loses out long term...

He took the safest bet to keep his statline up and still be able to bank a long term contract in his prime during a cap friendly season

Love the toughness and grit JuJu brings to this offense, especially on 3rd downs.

I think he just gained a lot of new fans for turning down more money and staying in the Burgh.

Bless ya JuJu, glad to have you back onboard!

Good deal i am shocked. JuJu is better / younger than guys who got much more.

He earned points with me for sure, I wasn’t dead set on having to have him back but ya gotta like him turning down bigger offers to return.

let’s go
