I have ABC on in advance of the Pens game. Of course they are siding with Iran and slamming Trump. They’re nuts. Someone needs to shoot Martha in the face.
It used to be a joke to say "If DJT cured cancer, Liberals would find a way to root for cancer."
It's now just a matter of fact. Whatever he does, implements, promotes, affects, root against it.

I thought we voted for no more war and American First? Politically, there will be fall out and there's already a huge divide in the Trump coalition between MAGA and MIGA. They better hope this is a video game war with no serious blowback and somehow the Iranians really are liberated and the world made "safe for democracy."
That none of our ships are hit in a mass event or Liberty'd or Tonkin'd to expand the war to BOTG.

I do not really trust Israel much so I'll take their reporting with a grain of salt. As for the strikes themselves i still think we just need to stay out of the middle east. They have been fighting since the beginning of time and will continue to fight no matter who we kill or how many times we bomb. You would have to do a full culture change which is practically impossible

Remember the stories in the American Press in the lead up to the Gulf War about Iraqi soldiers bayoneting babies in ICU Wards in Kuwait that were proven false? I'm leery of the neocon propaganda machine at this point all these endless wars later but DT is obviously leveraged by the Kushners and Levins of the world if not the files/intelligence apparatus.
Three time Trump voter and Trump mark here. I love the guy but he's doing their bidding. Not what he ran on.
Maybe he was made an offer he couldn't refuse to avoid prison and persecution of his family forever, who knows.

Yes. I don't know any more than what is reported in the news, but many times over the decades, Israel has flown one off missions to bomb critical sites and set them back. This has happened repeatedly. I can't say how close they have gotten any more than anyone else, but I can take Iran at its word. They have stated a goal of wiping Israel off the map and vowed death to America for 47 years.
I'm going to wait and see what plays out. I hope he's not doing their bidding. I do believe Iran to be a real threat however. I believe Iran would launch a nuke at Israel the day they produce one.
Also, Iran killing over 40,000 civilians during the recent protests needed some reply I feel. Again, I do wonder why it's always the US that has to jump in and be the world's police.

IDK I think I might also take the Iranians at their word that there were foreign agents also causing mayhem and chaos in those protests as well in trying to gain the informational high ground. We've exported this to Ukraine with the Color Revolutions as well. Putin said the same thing. They've got all the bases covered in-country and in the media and control the narrative.
Look anyone would like to see the mullahs get theirs for 1979 and especially for the loss of our best in Desert Eagle. But even there in a sense of cause and effect we had the original sin by destabilizing their country in the '50s or whenever and installing our guy just like we did in Ukraine in 2014.
The OSS the precursor of the CIA said in the '40s that they were operating on the Directive that "there is now no difference between foreign and domestic policy." IE the same deceptions, disinformation, and mass manipulation and spycraft apply to both. We all know there's a SWAMP here in our domestic politics and cabal exerting control over our lives but then we pull out the pom poms on foreign policy when this same coterie decides for the POTUS that it's time for regime change somewhere else.
Same cognitive dissonance with so many seeing the evil of Biden's Admin yet assuming they were operating with clean hands and hearts in the endless Ukraine proxy war with Russia.

To your point, I am friends with an Iranian that come over here in 2000 as a teen. She has been begging and begging for this to happen. She still has family and friends in Iran. Estimates that b 95% of citizens want regime change.
Some of the stories she tells are absolutely horrible

Trump did today what needed to be done since I was a kid and I am 55. It is amazing to see what culture was like in Iran before the current regime. Most people have no idea about this.
FoxNews just reported that potentially FORTY top leaders were killed.

This is what worries me. Is there a plan? Taking out Kohmeni is great, but from what I understand, they have their government structured in such a way that every position is 5 deep, including the ayatollah, for cases just like this. Assuming that is the case, there’s still a lot more killing to be done. I guess we will see how it plays out.
