It is all about ball control/time of possession. Why would anyone want to give the ball back to their offense in a hurry? The ram it down their throats game plan can have you on the edge of your seat the entire game practically. It's not about the fans comfort though. It's about having your way with the other team.

Totally agree. I'd prefer the ability to hand the ball off to the running back and the line moves downfield but this is the cards we are given. Take what the defense gives you and make them pay when they start to stack the box. Its a proven formula.

I'm grateful we no longer have self absorbed diva WRs, because they are likely not going to be making the highlight reels, with spectacular downfield catches in this offense. Personally I'd rather be part of a competitive team that wins as a team rather than with a couple select players.

wow, 4 of 5 pit scoring drives aided by refs, and bengals not given 1st and goal on the 1 on 2 separate drives for pretty clear dpi in the endzone, and these refs dont suck?

that game is 17-14 pit at worst with cin driving late if the calls are correct instead of all pit's way, 31/32 teams get a fair shake every week, 1 (Cin) doesnt
 
and is still waiting for a flag for late hit that they never called, just another to help pit against cin courtesy refs
 
From 1st drive to last off play vs seattle, 14 points taken off the board vs buf, sf 2 early calls changed that game entirely and cin could never recover, and then mon, theres no way the nfl could let pit lose with ward and cowher being inducted, game shouldnt have even been played, just give pit the w......oh wait they did

What calls? The only bad call in the game was the failure to overturn a horrible OPI call. Crawl back into your Hubertucky hole and wallow in the misery of your 0-4 record and the Wayne Warriors getting curb stomped 3 times this year. You always blame everything except the fact your teams sucks.
