1. Again...link. You don’t have one that says they would have picked up a third.
Burns a mistake? He’s a second year player. No doubt he has growing pains. I give him a couple more years. All the evaluators say his projection is upward. As for Howard, he and Burns have comparable numbers except he had more picks. Artie had a better rookie season for sure. So I’ll take my lumps with him if he works out to be another solid corner with hands.
2. Oh I disagree with PFF entirely. PFF is a is a SME rag. Their proprietary formulas have been panned constantly by expert analytics. It is subjective and the analysts at PFF don’t explain their “tendencies “ assessments.
As usual your “beat often, at the right time” is backed by nothing but your opinion. I won’t disagree he missed assignments on some plays, but other players, Artie, Mitchell and Joe missed some too. Artie missed a big one against the Jags. What you can’t refute is Davis has had a ton of splash plays that are not indicated on the stat sheet. He probably lead all DBs and LB (except Bince) in stops behind scrimmage. Was involved in several turnovers either causing them or receiving them. Let’s hear you refute that. You won’t, because you don’t believe you are ever wrong.
3. “Dude”? (What are you twelve?).
Hargraves wasn’t on the field as much as you think he should because with the 2DL formation he isn’t in that package, but he rotated with Tyson. Just realize the 3/4 isn’t the base package anymore and the run D problems was related to the LB not having gap control (plus losing Ryan, he greatly helped the edge)
7. Go read the definition of a football journeyman genius. You will be enlightened.
Educating me on your observation of mistakes in football? You educate this board well enough on your LACK of football knowledge. However I will give you kudos when deserved. You are exemplary in creating numerous threads, sometimes warranted other times to state the obvious that was already started in another thread. But if that blows sunshine into your life, then whatever.
As for your final comments regarding TMC....you are completely delusional. TMC owned you on every argument you ever made. In fact I suggest Coolie assign your avatar as such.
Buddha Baker had a good rookie season on a different level than Watt because TJ was the starter from the get go. I don’t think Baker started his first game until the latter half of the year. He had a better rookie season than your X Howard, that’s for sure and he looks to be a good football player for the Cardinals. Would sure like to have him to replace Mitchell right now.
