Fire Fitchner....Promote Canada

Can anyone give me a rational reason not to do this?

Several teams have fired or stripped a coordinator of duties and made or won the Superbowl
Including the Ravens not long ago...

This offense has been horribly run all season and was terrible last year. Fitchner has been at best derelict of duty on the gameplanning and playcalling... his players arent executing when the plays are working... we have no run game and no deep game


This D is being wasted for tge second season straight with utter hillbilly incompetence... fire this ****... there is plenty of time to salvage the postseason
 
Something works and we stop doing it. Johnson drops balls and he calls plays for him. If Tomlin hadn’t benched Johnson, Randy would still have Ben trying to highlight him. smh

Im trying to remember anyone as bad... Ray Sherman? I mean gilbride was great when he wasn’t trying to have kordell run his high concept offense... erhardt couldnt pass, but his run game was great... Arians deep game was impeccable... haley was more balanced
 
Rabdy Fichtner should be working on a garbage truck crew.
 
While your at it you might as well fire Sean Sarrett of whatever the **** his name is. Our O-line is a ******* JOKE! It sure as hell isn't from a lack of Talent.
 
Why? Ben apparently is the one that has nixed all of the nuances to the O that Canada was installing at the start of the season. Fichtner isn't great but Ben is still calling the shots.

Haven’t heard this at all... absolutely have heard that he and Randy aren’t in sync...
 
I want to point out that the Bills are not a great defensive team ... tgey are not bad by any means, but this is us being predictable and uninspired

I read it over the past week or so from multiple guys at the PG. There is no motion, among other things that Canada wanted put in the O and they started the season with.
 
For what? We're going to run what Tomlin wants. He started calling plays on defense when a hof coach Lebeau was here, anyone really think he's not heavily involved now that his college buddy is running things?

We threw for over 4,000 yards with Erhardt in 1995 when 4,000 was an accomplishment

I actually do, and here is why. The coaching on the team is HORRENDOUS, Tomlin will not remove a OC that needs to be removed. As such Ben has taken it upon himself to try and win the game.
 
Tomlin has no problem calling out the receivers....let see if he will turn that anger on his broken coordinator.
