Colin Cowherd describing the new 'Steelers Culture'

Greg Cosell was just on the show and he broke down the Steelers defense saying he has never seen so many defensive breakdowns as he did against the Chiefs, a huge knock on Tomlin's fingerprints on the defense.

The defense is one problem. The Tomlin man's team is also the most penalized team in the NFL, and its not even close.

The Steelers lead the NFL with 24 total penalties, six more than the second-place team. They have*16 more*than the league-best New England Patriots – and of course Belichick and company are tops in the league, just to add salt in the wound. No surprise the Steelers also lead in penalty yards with 206, the only team above 200 thus far.

A playoff loss one and done? Tomlin likely keeps his job, even if he's 3-7 in his last 10 playoff games
No playoffs, or a .500 season. He should be gone. But as we know its not likely unless that happens when his contract expires.
A losing season, and he better be fired.

Cowpatty regugitates others hopes, lies and BS.

Why is it people bring up the Pats when it comes to our deficiency on the field? Our troubles lie in our head coach and GM have not tried to help this defense, they love to get a guy work in progress which has not gone well so far. Pats are not afraid to get rid of players no matter what time of season. We bring in two punters and a long snapper when in reality we need to bring in some secondary that can cover and tackle, linebackers that can cover.

We could have the best punter in the history of the NFL but it wouldn't matter ****. The only thing that was stopping KC's drives last week was our endzone.

Tomlin is running this team in to the ground it seems. Discipline, hard work, building a culture of winners and leaders is a memory.

What solution can right this ship that doesnt involve his leaving?
