Any word on Tuitt or Green

D-Will may need to look at the big R after the season.

FWIW Charley Casserly on NFLN said "I'm told he'll be available against the Ravens" referring to Green.

You sure he wasn't talking about D Will or Tuitt?

I hate this kind of reporting. Green is on protocol. You have to clear it to practice, then you have to clear it the next day to make sure there are no lingering effects. He's 2 days from being cleared. If he reported (Green will practice tomorrow) that would be doing his job correctly (since Green did have a meeting today that could have cleared him for tomorrow).

The piece was "buy or sell" Steelers vs Ravens. He likes Steelers to Win Sunday. His argument was Green was the difference this time around. He then dropped His remark about what he was "being told." Just sharing what I heard.

I hope he's right!

If Green is done for the year after that minor shot to the helmet, then he was the biggest FA bust we've ever had.

Sean Mahan will always be my biggest FA bust...

It wasn't minor. And 2 with out his production the last couple of weeks we may not be on a 5 game winning streak.. not a bust

He actually had 2 hits to the head in the game. After the first hit, I was shocked they weren't looking at him as you could see him shaking off the cobwebs. Then, after the 2nd hit to the head, there was no doubt he was coming out.

My beef in the game with concussions is why the **** was Burfict allowed back in? He could barely walk off the field and was then let back in to start the 2nd half. No way in hell he should not be in the concussion protocol.

Burfict has no brain to be scrambled

So Green has been limited which is good because he is in the exercise phase of concussion recovery. Tuitt is still in rehab. Anyone got any more info on either?

The hit to Green Was Minor. He's not going to stick here. That guy is looking to retire with a concussion pay day. Just my opinion.1

Look at Luke Kuechly. Dude took a blow to the chest and has been in concussion protocol for 6 weeks. Everybody's different.

We can get out of Green's contract pretty easily. The signing bonus was small. If he's going to be an issue, it won't hurt the team at all.

then TE in the 1st or 2nd round for sure

It will probably come down to playoff production. If he's a contributor, he'll be on the team next year. We have enough talent behind him, that an injury still doesn't kill us. But it would be nice to have all of our playmakers for a season:

Bell, Brown, Bryant, Green on the field at the same time! Good luck stopping it.

Anyone with a slight injury should not even dress. I wouldn't put Ben, AB, or Bell in for more than a series just so they aren't rusty vs Miami. I know the logic is to sit your top guys but I would be ok with a TD drive and then a spot on the bench. Give them some game time and confidence going into the Miami game.

I honestly would love to see Mettenberger, Ayers, Toussant and Grimble kick the Browns stank *** just to show how pathetic that organization is. lol

I fully expect Tuitt and Green to be ready to practice fully next week. No reason to rush them into practice this week. Give them another week of recovery.

I agree, no use rushing them back. We need them healthy if we are going to make a run.
