3 Titans test COVID positive

He said that the new positives today are not likely new exposures but rather just new cases from initial exposure of the team wherever/whenever that was. He suggested that it can take up to 5-7 days from exposure to show up in tests.

Titans went like 7 straight days of positive tests. No way the game was getting played with that kind of spread.
 
So the Titans get another bye week? When do they have to start giving forfeit wins?
 
Tennessee was going to be without AJ Brown and the OT Lewan. Pitt would have beaten them easily because their run would have been shut down and they’d be without a key passing game weapon. Now the game gets moved to week 7 where the steelers will likely be looking ahead to the ravens showdown in week 8.

He didn't have that cheat smell on him until he landed in New England. I saw one clip somewhere about his appreciation in regards to the Steelers. It is just that once that cheat smell gets on you it is extremely hard to wash off. [emoji16] DIC get in here.

The NFL has not had a forfeit since 1921, and the league back then was called the the American Professional Football Association. I'm not sure how Titans fans, players and ownerships would take it. If the owner isn't on board, Roger will have a forever strike against him, especially if the Titans miss the playoffs because of a forfeit loss.

I'm sure lots of us played sports and at one time had a forfeit loss award to them. It's an empty feeling. I'd rather earn our wins and not have other fans or media people say, yeah the Steelers got a gift and because of might have got playoff seed they did not deserve.

I hear what you are saying but I also don't think that if one forfeit is issued, that several more don't follow and to other teams. I think the NFL for being such a finely tuned business has many holes in their game plan for the season. One can say "who would have known the extent of C-19" all the while that is exactly what they needed to plan for. This scenario playing out before our eyes is the exact thing needed planned for but it seems they are winging it as we go. UNBELIEVABLE concept for a high $$$$ company to operate in such a fashion.
