I agree man. At the rate he's going Switz may not have 60 total career return yards, which Spencer got on a single return. ;)
 
So, what are the odds the league suspends Chicklets before AB?

Can't leave out Cheech & Chong...He should be playing a down in the league.

I guess it better to chastise and publicly humiliate Mike Vick or Ben. I know the cases aren't the same but the KNEE JERK reactions to both are still bothering me...

Steelers re-sign Jayrone Elliott to 53-man roster, NFL places Anthony Chickillo on Commissioner’s Exempt List

While he’s on the exempt list, Chickillo will be paid his regular salary but will not participate in practices or play in games.

Chickillo will not count as a roster spot for the Steelers while an investigation takes place

Elliott was with the Steelers in Week 3 through Week 5, playing 12 offensive snaps with one tackle. He also added 34 snaps on special teams. Elliott was released just before the Steelers’ Week 6 game against the Los Angeles Chargers along with offensive lineman Fred Johnson in order to make room for quarterback Paxton Lynch and running back Trey Edmunds due to the injuries to Mason Rudolph and Jaylen Samuels.

It is unclear at this time how long Chickillo will remain on the exempt list or what the Steelers will do after the investigation.

Too bad they couldn't get him on the exempt but still playing list like Chung. Maybe he needs to be indicted, first?

It has nothing to do with Switz or Spencer. No matter who you have back there, the return unit is doing squat to help them. Switzer has been a successful return man everywhere he's been. He didn't just suddenly stop being good at it.

I don't know. Switzer looks like he has a couple good moves to avoid a couple guys, but he has been here awhile and I just dont see that light it up speed once the seam opens up. Spencer showed that. I agree that he doesnt get much help but still there doesn't even really seem to be a threat.

Anyone could see Spencer had a bigger upside in the return duties, ST help or not.

More proof of ineptness. They whiffed on a playmaker who knows the system and could step right in to fill a need. Not surprising at all. Obviously. That is staying within the standard.
 
I should have made that bet. The league is a complete joke. Chicklets hits the exempt list (basically a suspension) for an accusation and his first offense. AB has been abusing the system, has multiple allegations from multiple women, used racist language, etc. and received ******* nothing. He was even allowed to play for the Patriots in a game and would have been more if they hadn't cut him. I'm not saying Chicklets doesn't deserve something, if proven guilty (enough of the liberal attack on our society where it's now guilty until proven innocent). Absolute joke! No consistency whatsoever.
