The bottom line is if someone cut the caulk it will be on video and it should not be too hard to find people wading around in the water. Knowing Trump if this video existed he would be plastering it everywhere to show the crazy lunatics. If someone did cut the caulk then sure they should be prosecuted. The people that damaged the grass should be also prosecuted. If Hearn really did pick up loose debris that is still not damaging the pool beyond what it was. He is being used as a scape goat and it is going to waste tax payers time / money. He will probably sue which will waste more time and money. The damage was done long before he even showed up. Another thing is if they just said it was a messed up project it would have drawn way less attention than it is now. Now it becomes more of a target / challenge for people to vandalize. By all accounts there were many errors. The pool was not left to dry long enough, the liner did not have enough curing time before filling, and they drove on it for who knows why. It was just a botched job

I can only speak to what I have actually seen and those videos that you speak of were long ranged without any definition to my eyes.
People being prosecuted are those that were seen first-hand being jerks and not on film.
Hearn had absolutely no business putting his hands into the pool. period.

If being a jerk was a crime then half the world would be in jail. There are cameras covering the pool you might not be able to make out individuals, but you can see if people are in the water. They are making a matyr out of Hearn and just giving the dems more fuel

Again, if your theory Captain Fact Checker were true, likewise we would have video of the people using chemicals to create the giant 8647 on the National Mall.

We have no video except ones that show tiny specs (human beings) milling about in a time lapse video.

You overestimate the # of, and quality of cameras on the National Mall.
