No way.... There are way too many mentally unstable people that should not have access to anything. Instead of school shooters bringing semi auto rifles.. They could have RPGs or worse. I could see someone's dad wanting to play army and have a tank in the back yard and the son goes crazy and steals it. I just think too much bad would happen if everyone had access to military grade weapons
