Do we have Pat penis envy?(or does POP just like the taste of Brady's balls)

Wonder if Rog pays people to monitor message boards and post bullshit like this?

My feeling is that Pats** fans are insecure enough and guilt-ridden enough that they do it on their own for free. On SB Sunday they'll all be so desperately wishing hoping praying that the cheating bastiges from New England can win a post-Spygate post-Deflategate Super Bowl you won't be able to drive a pin up their *** with a sledgehammer.

I just see so many Steeler fans overreacting to anything Patriot. Other non-Steeler fan friends of mine have pointed it out, and I can't disagree with them completely.

What is the Steeler fan obsession of anything Patriot? Whether it's Belichick, Brady, Kraft...it just seems Steeler fans just are insane with overreaction and jealousy.

Me? Unless we are playing them, I have nothing against the Pats, as, I am a fan of sustained excellence and they are the best example of such in the sports world.

I'd say the best example of such in the sports world wouldn't be the Patriots, it would be the San Antonio Spurs. 17 years and counting of 50+ wins, and 5 NBA championships. No questions about the team's integrity. Universal respect and admiration for their head coach and the team's accomplishments.

Go Spurs Go.

One COULD admit to such a questionable topic question without admitting to liking ANYTHING these cheating Faketriots do:

For instance: I have penis envy of A Faketriot...specifically, Tom Brady's. A day in the life of Tom's cheating penis might not be all that bad!

Steroids were not ILLEGAL in the 70's why do people always use this as an example.. The *pat have been caught 3 times cheating. OMG

Steroids were not on the banned substance list in the 70's... nor were they banned by the NFL until 1991. Every team had players on them, though selling and distributing them as medicine or a dietary supplement was not allowed IIRC. They started perforating the NFL in San diego in 63. by the 70's they were everywhere.

Dead on and I cant wait for his lame bullshit response to that. It will be hard to get a pats fan to admit to this

I guess it's ok to cheat in the NFL as long as your owner is pals with the commissioner. He will make sure to minimize the damage.

Has anyone every asked Rog why the evidence from the Pats** taping incident was destroyed?

No, seriously.

the "rog" has the media scared, as in Black Balled. If they ask questions the commiss don't want asked, then they no loinger have a press admition pass. This is where my theory of a younf investivgating reporter, will be trying to make a name for himself, will eventually bust this wide open. This deflate-gate is another stone, pile enough and the right guy steps forward. The nfl has a lot of stones piling up, just a matter of time.

Salute the nation

Has anyone every asked Rog why the evidence from the Pats** taping incident was destroyed?

No, seriously.

It was just swept up under the rug and minimized by the talking heads who tote the company line. I'm pretty sure the NFL(owners) wanted it that way. It is of course a very big thriving business and it hurts all of them.Who wants to kill the golden cow? You and i both know the Pats*** had a lot more than just a handful of tapes to begin with. They continue to be a complete statistical anomaly inside of that division and in general. That whole fiasco combined with flat footballs has reaffirmed my belief that the NFL is bullshit as a real sport. It's just an entertainment product.

Classic cry of the cheater....you're all overreacting! We did nothing wrong!!

Has anyone every asked Rog why the evidence from the Pats** taping incident was destroyed?

No, seriously.

To assure that it never fell into the hands of another NFL team that could use it to gain competitive advantage ( even though supposedly the Patriots did not).

Seriously!

Non-thinking Yinzer zealots make me laugh. You're like children (or maybe you actually are). I care little on who wins this SB. But if the Pats do, they will have earned it and there should be no whiny, crying hissy fits thrown by actual adult Steeler fans. We are talking about a little air missing from a ball, that was corrected by the 2nd half, and they DESTROYED the Colts, never was a game. Any yet, your adult conclusion is that the Pats only win because they cheat. Do me a favor: Move out of western PA and you will get a whole new, realistic perspective on life. I am convinced living in WPA is like living in a bubble and your perspectives are skewed and not based on reality. When I got out of there, I finally woke up.

Just highlighting a few grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. If you want the rest of us to worship at the altar of the "adult, reality based" thought processes and superior insights you profess and have come to as a result of fleeing the Appalchian Assery of SW Pa. such evidence of ignorance and mistakes is unacceptable. I hereby submit that you are in fact a pseudo (pronounced pa-swade-oh) intellect that probably just ran out for a couple of Sheetz hot dogs and Cheetos or, as you so termed it "cuisine with chef-like quality."

Thank you for displaying such maturity and evolved thinking. I am sure your parents are proud. What time does your garbage truck start work?

May we inquire as to your chosen profession? I mean assuming it wouldn't be betraying some national security issue or have some negative effect on the Fed interest rate.

Straw man argument. It wasn't an indictment on how hard they work; it was more of a reference to an unworldly vision.

I know, I know. We cretins can be a tiresome lot.

First, I never said "truck drivers," you did. I could be referring to the dudes hanging on the back of the truck. Secondly, I know some. They are not the most evolved in the ability to perceive complexities. But if you think the riders are generally in an Einstein-like level of thought, go get em tiger. Pro wrestling is real, too.

Just another small punctuation error. I'd usually say "it's okay it happens to everyone" but it shouldn't happen to you. You're better than that.

Maybe I am riff raff. Now I am off to the store. Preparing a cuisine with chef-like quality.

That is a sentence fragment and an incredibly poorly structured one at that. We expect more from one of your self professed enlightenment.

By his logic, every college baseball team that ever used metal bats back when they were allowed to use them were cheating....because now in 2015, they aren't allowed to use metal bats. It doesn't mater that is was legal 20 years ago.....They all cheated!!!!!!!! Now if one team is still using metal bats in 2015 and disguising them as wood bats it's fine because everyone used them 20 years ago when it was legal.

Great analogy. Pop....that's pronounced anal- low-gee.

It's fun to watch the liberal elitist dumbassery expose itself.

They never fail to disappoint.

They''re winners, and if you aren't a fan of the team, you tend to hate those who keep winning. It's human nature. Me, personally? I appreciate prolonged excellence, even if it''s not my team. What Belichick and Brady have accomplished is unprecedented. Who else can post double-digit wins every season for a decade and a half? Unheard of. We certainly haven't ever done it. Since 2001, the Pats have won 3 Super Bowls and made it to 5. We have won 2 and made it to 3, which is very good, but not at the Pat's level of success in that same time period. And if you think they accomplished this 100% from cheating well, that is beyond delusional. And this just in:

Uh...yeah. The same thing was said about Lance Armstrong. Now he can't even leave the house without being called a cheater and liar. There still may be some fans of his but why would you be? Hes been proven and eventually admitted to be being a fraud. Here, we're speaking of a coach thats been in the NFL 20 + years and all he can say is, "I wasn't clear on the rules." "I don't know anything about that." Very hard to believe and kinda far fetched.

Who else can post double-digit wins every season for a decade and a half? Unheard of.

Who else? The Niners, 16 straight seasons of 10+ wins from '83 to '98. And if it wasn't for the strike shortened '82 season, it probably would have been 18. But you know what they found in the 90s? That they were cheating the salary cap.

What are they doing about HGH? Can you even test for it? If not, then is it legal? Which is it? Bottom line, taking PEDs should be illegal even if forms of them are not "officially" against the rules.
So you're saying Tom Brady is on HGH too?

I care little on who wins this SB. But if the Pats do, they will have earned it and there should be no whiny, crying hissy fits thrown by actual adult Steeler fans.
Bullshit on both counts. You're DESPERATE for a **'s win. And if they do win there will be plenty of complaints because there's no way on Earth that the **'s are good enough to beat an NFL caliber team without cheating. Therefore, a **'s victory will mean they cheated. In fact, if the Seahawks don't win by 28 or more it means the **'s cheated their ***** off. Bank on it POPS.

yet, your adult conclusion is that the Pats only win because they cheat.
Proven over and over again. How many times do they have to be caught before you "get it"? I think you should hire crackheads to remodel your home. You can assume they'll stay clean while they do the work. Honest. They'll do it for you. Really.

I appreciate prolonged excellence, even if it''s not my team. What Belichick and Brady have accomplished is unprecedented. Who else can post double-digit wins every season for a decade and a half? Unheard of.
Ya, they've only been caught cheating a few times in that period. That IS unprecedented. And that's just the stuff they've been CAUGHT at. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck... It's a damn duck.

And Ron...

My feeling is that Pats** fans are insecure enough and guilt-ridden enough that they do it on their own for free. There IS NO post-Sypgate or post-Deflate-gate. The **'s have made their legacy. They can wallow in it. Bellichick has done more to dishonor the integrity of professional football than Pete Rose did to baseball. All Rose did was bet on another TEAM. Hoodie has instituted a program of orchestrated processes to break the rules and give his team an unfair advantage in every single game they play.

The dude shouldn't even be allowed to GO to professional games much less be involved in teams on ANY level. And that's down to YMCA youth coaching.

Classic cry of a poor loser... "You cheated!"

Nah, poor losers run off the field without shaking hands, like Belicheat did when Eli shoved it up his ***. Or they spike the ball in anger and scream at refs like Tammy Brady does.

That is a good example and certainly worthy of consideration, but being a much bigger NFL fan than NBA (as the majority of us are) the Spurs don't immediately come to mind as an example of sustained greatness, but, you are right, they deserve to be in the conversation. Also to be factored in would be the degree of difficulty of pulling it off in each sport. I do believe the degree of difficulty for 15 years of always winning 10+ games in the NFL may be tougher. Brady will be in his 6th Super Bowl. That is some amazing stuff right there.

This is the perfect example of what I am talking about. Just listen to yourself. This is a childish tantrum. "If the Pats win it means they cheated." That is imbecilic.

Classic cry of a poor loser... "You cheated!"

That is embarrassing. I hate when fellow Steeler fans make me feel embarrassed to be a Steeler fan. I really do.

By the way, on 1st Take today, they were saying that they know several people who know Brady very well, and cheating is simply not in his DNA, on any level, period. And I believe them. You can hate him because he is incredibly good if you want (I choose to celebrate excellence instead of hating or fearing it), but don't hate him for something he never does: cheat. Get over it, he is probably the greatest QB of all time.

That is imbecilic.
No, that's well documented.

Ah, the old "I know a guy who knows a guy defense. Excellent.

Brady is the most excellent QB ever who had Ernie Adams whispering the defensive coverage in his ear just before the snap so he could audible to the precise play to run against the defense. I'll give you that.

As an actual NFL QB. He may be average.

P.S. I can do this all day. Do you guys have anyone who's actually good at this?

Funny how no one cares that the Steelers try to rip off signals too, or that the 70's teams were juiced out of their minds. Odd that so many linemen from that era are dead.

Again .. is there proof of stealing signals ?? how did they do it ?? Did they tape them ?? --- TAPING signals and RECORDING signals is ILLEGAL ... and AGAIN Steroids were NOT ILLEGAL in the 70's --

may need another ignore option

I did the research myself and found the quotes that were made by Bill Cowher .. and his comments supports my logic above -- here is the quote -- and a link to the artice..

http://triblive.com/sports/steelers/5423839-74/cowher-patriots-game#ixzz3PxomsKqS

“The only thing they got caught (was) doing it with a camera,” Cowher told the radio station. “We had people that always tried to steal signals. Stealing someone's signals was a part of the game, and everyone attempted to do that.”

Cowher said “part of the things we had (were) wristbands that we were using to do it,” attempting to identify opposing teams' verbal signals that were being yelled to the players on the field.

Cowher said signal stealing “isn't even an element anymore because of the communications that take place on the field to the quarterback, to the linebacker. So it's an element of the game that doesn't exist and, really, what happened when we lost that game is they outplayed us, and it had nothing to do with stealing signals or cheating or anything else. They were a better football team on that day.”
