He isn't going anywhere for awhile. Only thing as fans is we hope he realizes he cannot be a players coach.

I'm pretty confident that Tomlin will be gone within three years after Ben retires. He may even "retire" himself in that scenario.

This is his 12th season already.

He may give Rudolph a year after Ben leaves to see if he has someone else to carry his sorry ***, but if Rudolph sucks Tomlin will retire due to some family problem or some other bullshit to save face.

What does he have left then ?He is terrible at X and Os, is a poor motivator and a horrible in game coach. He does love to spout his stupidity at press conferences though and host fundraisers

He doesn't have much. I don't know what the Rooney's see in him, but he's still around.
Remember in 2013 when he went 0-4 to start the season? Or all the locker room stuff with AB/facebook, overlooking the jags and focusing on the cheats.

He has a ton of reasons why the Rooney's should consider another HC.
But again, he's still somehow around.
 
This version of the Steelers is hard to watch right now, and many of the players for this team are even harder to root for...I'm not to complete apathy yet, but I didn't even raise my voice once last game so they definitely have me headed there.

Coach Tomlin is awesome and anyone who suggests otherwise, questions his work ethic or his handling/discipline of the team is obviously a complete racist lacking the pedigree to realize when true greatness is right in front of them (behind the shades)

Even though, it's still a bad look on tv to see empty seats.
I can attest, the local university here is struggling big time athletic wise cause football fails to get people in the seats.

I don't think the Steelers will stoop that low, but it would be an eye opener for sure

Not all corporate but those empty seats will be paid for for a long time. There is a 20 year waiting list for season tickets.
