Well he has a grade of 36 and was the 265th rated player ....a dri archer

I think this guy would have went undrafted honestly

Baltimore is crushing it in this draft.
 
I don't know anything about this guy, but FWIW, the Clemson OL said he was the toughest OLB they went up against last season.

They literally drafted a practice squad guy with the comp.pick from Bell. What the **** is Tombert thinking? Like seriously? It doesn't matter how much they like the guy.....they need to be more patient and know this guy would be available in the last round. It's just ******* sad how they have a total **** turd in the early rounds in most years. This might be worse than Archer

Lance Zierlien says he projects as a backup but if he keeps developing like he has the past to seasons he could earn a bigger role if he gets bigger and stronger....

Except for the fact that other than that one quote from the end of his NFL.com draft profile, most "experts" projected him as a 3rd or 4th round selection. Which, with our supplemental pick at the end of round 3, means he was picked about where he was slotted.

Overview
Stand-up edge rusher with splashy production to get him noticed by 3-4 fronts. Highsmith is quick to diagnose and slip blocks to make plays in the backfield, but lacks the strength and anchor to take on blocks and set strong edges. He's clearly put in work when it comes to creating a diverse inside/outside rush attack that has a chance to keep growing if he can weaponize his hands and improve his speed-to-power attack. His play is more finesse than physical and may not be ready for early downs in the NFL. He currently projects as an NFL backup but his ascending play and production could push him into a bigger role if he can get bigger and stronger.

I would have taken Perine the back out of Florida (we were playing friggin Edmonds last year for God's sake) or a big tackle or guard for depth (maybe Adam's from Washington) or for God's sake I'd take ******* frome....he isnt better than duck **** face? Seriously? This kid will suck suck suck....how about a tight end ....that kid Bryant......the point is they picked uk a guy who would have went undrafted in the 2rd round

well it was actually the 3rd round and he was projected as a 3rd or 4th rounder...not an UDFA....

If .y aunt had balls shes be my uncle.....if if if if if if if fuckinf if IS DRAFTED IN ROUNDS 6 & 7 ....like Big Dan....hes so big if if if if....IF he stops eating so many fucki pancakes and IF he moves faster than a ******* sloth and IF he gets a mean streak I stead of being a 400 lb ***** then he could be a steal!!!! But guess what Big Dan sucked and still sucks and he was picked late....this kid was picked in the ******* third. He could have been had later
 
Find me a ******* 2 reputable sources that projected him as a 3rd round pick *** wipe

if you weren't such a troll....he was projected as 3rd or 4th.....the Steelers got him at 102

not a bad pick....
 
It was the third round *******. Yes it was compensatory but it still was the 3rd so go **** yourself

And a lot of folks with more football knowledge than I say he wouldn't have been available as late as you claim. They had a 3rd/4th round grade on him. Maybe you will be proven to be right and them wrong. But, Maybe, the kid develops .....
