Will Todd Haley and Mike Tomlin put Chris Boswell in the Pro-Bowl?

Uh, do we know when the runner was whistled down? It seems to me they may have been letting the clock run looking at foward progress. You can't call a timeout till the play is whistled dead, and that's something that isn't being discussed here, I watched the replay, and Romo starts yapping about there being 7 seconds left, but the runner is still pushing forward at that point, I'm not saying he did it for 3 or 4 more seconds, but he def wasn't stopped when there were 7 or 8 left. I'm thinking that's what the ref was telling Tomlin.

All that being said, there is no ******* way I call that play, it was a stupid playcall, and yet another example of an NFL OC outsmarting themselves trying to outguess a DC. So you have a ******* timeout, so what? Throw the ******* ball, and use the timeout if you end up with a sack, you ******* nubmut.

Cope was there at the game on that endzone side and said Tomlin was yelling at the official for a TO with at least 7 secs left. With out the 22 tape its hard to see when the SJ or HL held their hand up indicating to the clock handler to stop the game clock.

But bejezzus,,,,,we won the game, even scored points, if only a field goal. This thread, all this nonsense because Coach thinks he is a better HC or OC than what the Steelers have? We all can guarantee he isn't. He probably couldn't coach a High School team to a winning record. Are we trying to break the Dri Archer thread count?

I just rewatched the game Joe. On that play he is tackled in a pile with no movement at 8sec. 7 sec should have where the clock stopped (conservatively) Had the refs noticed a TO, or Ben called one.

I do not have a recording of the game, so I'll take your word for it, I just know how slow they can be sometimes on a run play to declare the runner down. At any rate, I do think it was a dumbass call, but hey, a win is a win baby!

Not only this, but with Bell being a much more patient back than damn near every other back in the league, you have to expect him to eat into some of those precious few seconds at the end of the half, especially when he's bouncing it outside. I wasn't opposed to the run call, I just didn't care for that specific play. So, I guess I'll give some guff to the coaches for that, however, Ben should have the awareness to call a time out regardless of whether or not he was expecting Tomlin to do so or not.

Coach doesn't like my answers, because he can't muddy the waters with them...

More like our coaches muddy the red zone waters. We rank 30th in the league in the red zone. With two ALL pro's ( AB, Bell ) . A hall of fame bound QB, and a good OL, can you tell me why?

I promise to listen closely. Looking forward to your answers.

Saving all the good red zone plays for the post season. ;)

Hahahahahahahahaha.
