Our hopes went out the window when Dupree tore his ACL but I still had hope for an AFC Championship run. The way this offense is playing now we are looking like a one and done. Is there a playoff team in either conference playing worse on offense right now?
I think making it to the AFC champ is the max we can get. Our only shot to make it to the big show is if someone knocks KC off and obviously our offense is going to have to find some magic quick.
I agree on the think so but have to let you know.........Scarlett is still busy........ We might get to fan mail in a couple weeks.................
At the start of the season I said anything less than an appearance in the AFCCG would be a failure, injuries or not as that excuse has been used up. I still think that is possible and will think that until they are actually out or made it that far PLUS............
Adios Amigo but I'll get your letters to the near top
I totally believe that we can... the last four trips to the superbowl came in years people utterly gave up on us for impossible situations...
1995- we were 3-4, Woodson was gone for the majority of the season and playoffs, and basically shuffled the coaching staff midsession.....
2005- we had to basically win the last 4 games just to get the sixth seed... then go on the epic road trip of destiny
2008- the offensive line was still atrocious And the offense was crap most of the season ... people bailed left and right on the Steelers even as they won with defense.....
2010- Ben was suspended and people bailed before the season even started... even with him a lot of people thought we had no chance vs the pats at their place...
Need a mental attitude shift. That's all they need. Well and **** that works of offense. Trotting out the same ******* last battle plan each game ain't gonna cut it.
******* catch the football. Run the god damn ball like your family was being held hostage in the end zone.
It's all mental and planning. No ego's, no ******* super bowl talk. Be something great. Or not. Just like the last decade of bullshit.
Nope. In order to do so.....Tomlin would have to unleash hell again, while on his way back to the lab to figure out how to Not live in his fears. Or make some changes or adjustments and ****. . We all know how that **** has turned out.
I like your optimism. I don't know if I've ever been this negative about this team and they are, after all, still 11-2. And I'm usually optimistic.
If something doesn't happen with the offensive play-calling (keyword offensive), they're in trouble - and obviously getting right with injuries. But if they can right that ship, anything can happen I guess.
