Who might the Steelers target in free agency?

Justin Tuck retired.
Weddle would be nice if the price is right. I'm guessing he will want about 7-8M a season. We could probably make it work if there was some creative structure on the deal and an assumed chunk of dead money later in the deal. Something to the effect of 5/35
10M signing
2016-2M base guaranteed (cap hit of 4M)
2017-3M base guaranteed (cap hit of 5M)
(Practical contract of 2 years 15M)
2018/2019/2020-base salaries of 6/7/7, hits of 8/9/9. Likely you cut him in 2018 and take a 6M hit or look to rework it at that point. By that time hopefully you've spent a good pick on a safety so that his replacement is making 2M or so, which helps with the dead money. Plus the cap goes up.

I think Sean smith might cost to much, I would target Jhonson b/c he can cover and blake proved he is terrible at that.
So I target a middle area type contract like 4 years 14 mill for Tremaine, With Weddle's age and past history offer him 2 years 5 mill.
Dewayne Allen 4 years 11 mill.
NT I go via draft try trading up for A'shawn who can play nt/dt both 1 gap and the 2 gap as well as both de sides, ir could allow you to in your base put him at NT and force Butler to use a 3-3-5 as his primary nickel where he could get constant pressure from a 4 man front of tuitt robinson heyward and dupree at the edge.
or even rotate A'shawn with heyward and tuitt in the times he wants to go 2-4-5 and 1-5-5.
Apple or Fuller and there will be howard, burns jackson @ bradbury in the 2nd or 3rd.
