The longer this season goes on, the more sure I am that I'd like to see Bud & TJ paired-up on the edges for years to come. They have great chemistry, genuinely seem to push each other to succeed, in all the right ways.

Isn't the franchise tag worth something like 16M ? **** that

Next year you theoretically get a healthy Ben and Tuitt back... you don’t have a first and need a wr that is a deep threat... dupree will in theory may be the best available olb available and every young guy needs a one or two year acclimation period... the ben window is two years... any free agent olb worth getting would be pricey... unless you are certain someone is ready to produce right now, 16 million is 100% worth being a legitimate super bowl contender

My thought was if you franchise him it costs what it costs but it's only for one year and if he doesn't live up to it then you cut bait. I just think that it took him so long to play like a first-round pick I'm reluctant to commit a lot of years and money to him until I see that he can play well every year.
