Welcome to Draft day 2025

Not a luxury pick. The defense only works when the OLBs are productive and they need to be at least three deep for a rotation, preferably 4. Sawyer has upside as a dependable starter, they clearly look to be out on Sanders and Howard is going to be a career backup. I try to find a swing OL or OG next to develop into a starter to take over for Seumalo next year.
It absolutely is when you have at least 5 other needs ahead of a depth OLB.

Let's be honest, to be a collegiate athlete, you're going to be athletic. He just lacks elite traits, no real pass rush moves
I am thinking more and more after looking more into him he may be a steal. Maybe helps keep TJ fresh without giving up the run defense we lose with Herbig.

They surely will go QB in the 5th or is Tomlin going to let his man-crush show up after training camp and be the instant QB1. They currently have Rudolph and Skylar on the team. The QB situation is a shiznit show all caused by Tomlin and it looks worse with each passing day.

The Browns have such a weird QB room. Watson, Flacco, Pickett, Gabriel, Sanders.
Watson will be on IR for 2025. Pickett looks like probable odd man out, unless Browns have issues signing Gabriel or Sanders. Wonder if that might be the reason for the apparently bizarre selection of Gabriel - they think Sanders may hold out on them.

Or... they had Gabriel as a better prospect... and Haslam just made them draft him because he is a meddling owner who likes sanders

Back to Back Browns props to the Browns posts? WTH ?

have to keep tabs on your division. I will say though that for as many picks as the browns have had, they have improved very little IMO

Mason Graham is a very good player at DT. I don't think he's an impact player like they could have had with Hunter or Abdul Carter.

MAson Graham - solid
Schwesinger LB - decent player, not scary
Judkins RB - good power back. He's not Chubb though
Dylan Sampson R - a good speed back. That was a good pick to pair with
Fannin TE - receiving TE, good player, no blocking, not that fast
Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur - two backup QBs that are small and have weak arms

With all those picks, they didn't improve a ton. They've already had a good run game so those RBs don't scare me. Fannin as a #2 TE. OK.

This may have been scary
1 Abdul carter or Travis Hunter
2. Nick Emmanwori S - freak athlete
3. Az Thomas CB

Man the Browns are a terrible organization. Why draft him now after already drafting a QB over him two rounds ago? Maybe they feel they can trade the odd man out for something that will be a worse pick than what they just used.
