I'm preparing a pork leg for tomorrow, today there won't be any special cooking but we are celebrating our wedding anniversary (7th) so probably going out for some Italian cuisine

after reading this ......it kind of made me sad ........as it is like Tomlin coaching for 17 years, 204 months..............
but the end should read ..........stuck together and feels like forever before he goes

I am making Skyline Chili. 86 the cinnamon.

My Texas Chili recipe uses cinnamon and even some cocoa powder... both are savory and add a dark flavor profile that gives the chili more depth!

I dehydrate and blend up Tomatillos, Poblanos and Jalapenos from summer garden for the base.
