Authentic Tamallies from an old school native Mexican lady that we help her all year in plumbing repairs due to her husband being dementia and physically unable to do the repairs. We donate our services but she makes us goodies——- fair trade.

Don't forget the ancho peppers!

Tamales sound good. I'll drive down to the parking lot where tamale lady always parks.

I'm preparing a pork leg for tomorrow, today there won't be any special cooking but we are celebrating our wedding anniversary (7th) so probably going out for some Italian cuisine

only Coolie drinks from bag.

It’s because he drops and breaks the glass. You can’t give him harmful things, sort of like no glass at the swimming pool……

I am making Skyline Chili. 86 the cinnamon.

Regarding Mex food. I make a killer Chili Verde. Pork or chicken your choice. I dehydrate and blend up Tomatillos, Poblanos and Jalapenos from summer garden for the base.
Sounds delicious.

Nothing special here. I have leftover pizza from yesterday. I put it on the grill to reheat it and the way I do it, it tastes better than the first day. Other than that, I picked up some prime filets to enjoy on Christmas day.

Ordered some super thick ribeyes from a local meat market to grill over charcoal. Salt, pepper, garlic powder applied last night and some form of potato to go with it and brussel sprouts. The Skyline chili and authentic Mexican sounds awesome too.
