Vick meeting with Steelers

A big one in my opinion. You going to bring in a guy who doesn't know your offense to be your No 2 with days to learn it.
Also Vick is the best QB on the market not signed. Exactly what you looking for in a back up. Older vet former starter who knows his role. Only thing better is a young guy with potential to replace your starter and teams cut those all the time

He was expected to be the starter and was pissed off that some broken jaw **** qb beat him out. And, it was an excuse. I think he got more skills than Bruce (baggage aside)

I'm not a Vick fan but he's part of the team! He did the crime and did the time. Hopefully he's a changed person...he will need to fess up when his judgment day comes for him. For now he's a Steeler and I hope he can step in and be productive if called upon. I'm sure Philly & Jets fans all said the same things but when it came to Gameday they were there cheering on their teams as you all will be once the Steelers season starts. This has the potential to be a very special season for our franchise....I'm not gonna let Vick or my opinion of him ruin or change how I feel about my beloved Steelers!

The organization picked up a guy who gives us the best chance of winning incase our starter goes down. Landry Jones is not the answer and Gradkowski is done for the season. There really are no other veteran guys out there and I'm sorry Jason Campbell is not someone I'd sign over Vick if I was the front office guy making the decisions either.
