A lot of this has been covered, but to rehash a bit....
1.) Shades is showing no new anything, same old sh--. Nothing new, not the DC, no new OL coach, no new anything. If anything, we are seeing less change than EVER, so we can expect the exact same results. What has Meyer done to prove he deserves to stay? What about Austin? Nothing, just followed orders of Shades. There is a reason no teams have shown any interest in Pgh coaches: cheap order takers who just go along with what Shades wants and in case you missed anything discipline is not a top marching order. The sloppiness is allowed and spreads to every element of the team. Sloppy, unorganized and chill. Not the recipe for success.
2.) What is Art II's plan? Does he have 1? Pay a few (1?) coaches all the $ and jip everyone else off? Make no waves, go cheap with scouts, etc. Pay Shades top $ and pay everyone else bottom $? Strength coach and facility? Never mind, don't worry about that stuff. Those players who want to take working out seriously, go off campus because the Steelers just don't care about leading edge training, those players that do, have to find that training elsewhere.
3.) Speaking of training and facilities, Pgh rated 28th in the league on that in the most updated report card.

Among the highlights/lowlights:
Ownership - D
Strengthcoach - C-
Weightroom - C+ (28th out of 32)
Locker room - D
Head coach - A
I guess the head coach was graded on how much he let players play foosball and air hockey.
It sure wasn't on discipline, player development or play calling.
