I have no idea. They are international. I'd say if the player goes to college in US they should be ineligible. No matter where from. But if you never played in US.....you should be eligible. Can tell you there are a lot of quality University football players in Canada.

i read somewhere that the QB from Central Florida is quite an exciting athlete. I will look at some highlights later.
