Just letting you guys know he quit because he isn't watching the NFL anymore.

So unfortunately we're back to square one on that front. I have Chris Mueller the beat writer, but it's $50 per story and we didn't get much of a reaction from his first one.

Lol...good for him. It's a screwed up, infuriating league.

Isn't watching football anymore? Did he take a knee or is there something more to this?

TMC has a brilliant passion for the game. Shame he has made this decision but its his to make.

Dead to me. Just kidding. Everyone has their own convictions but for me I don't share in those that some people have during this time.

I know some people who have opted out for the season, but I suspect they will be drawn back in.

If the Steelers make the playoffs, I would think TMC will be watching.

he finally realized that coach knows more?

I think TMC knew his stuff, but he was often wrong.

Our debate over Phillip Rivers was a good one. I said he's going to be a good NFL QB, TMC felt he had a funky delivery, and no arm and would be out of the NFL in a short period of time.

TMC was rather high on Budda Baker this year and felt we should pick him in round one. .Not over Watt, who was my call. We'll see how Baker develops.

Rivers is absolute garbage and a cancer to his team. He puts up big numbers as his team is usually trailing and they must throw to come from behind. He's the equivalent of TO at QB. A primadonna who's tantrums aren't worth it. San Diego....errrrrfake LA (Chargers) should have traded him while he still had some type of value.

Yes, much like your highly regarded input that Polamalu would be a bust because his head was too big.

TMC don't go !

Lol... what's this bust because his head was too big stuff? I missed out on that. As for Rivers, I think TMC was right about him likely being a bust based on his arm strength and throwing motion. However, Rivers did prove him wrong with a decent career. Poor San Diego though....they passed up on Ben for him and got rid of Brees....two huge mistakes.

Basically Coach said Troy would suck because his head was big on his body. I always thought he had a good point.

I respect anyone who has the will to cut the NFL out of their lives, it is certainly deserved. There's always college football.

TMC was an encyclopedia of information about football. I loved his input and definitely applauded his time to put it all together for us to read. I don't care of the politics and respect one's options. I'm near the edge as well but due to my LIFE TIME STEELERS endeavor, I'll keep viewing for now. Thanks again to the many many many great articles, stats, knowledge etc. from TMC.

Salute the nation

I am always appreciative of TMCs efforts. He has been missed, and will be missed. He was gentlemanly and tried to share his passion, knowledge and insight.
Thank you Thomas!

TMC knows his stuff particularly about the draft, but the drama about him being on or off the site and the nut hugging some of you do. To me its the same with the boycott. Do you really think anyone gives a ****. "Im not gonna watch Steelers games anymore". Ok I dont give a ****. What do I care?

Enough cared to respond, as they like what he brought to the board. Perhaps you should just speak for yourself. And not assume your opinion is shared by all or many.

And he didn't just bring solid draft info, he brought a lot of good Steelers insight. As far as the boycott viewers decline, the owners and players will care. It is money out of their pockets.

TMC knew his **** as well as anyone on this board and probably better than anyone. Sure, you can pick and chose where he may have been incorrect on something but no one is perfect. I would take his articles and thoughts on the Steelers any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
