In the paper that shall not be named there is an article about how much easier the Steelers had it finding OLB prospects in the 90s and early 2000s. Bill Cowher himself said it was easier because fewer teams played the 3-4. Players they were able to get in the second and third would be first round guys today. Would link it but we all know the rules. Myself and other have suggested this before only to be told we were making excuses for Tombert. Just thought i would share
