The Raiders game next week is MUST WIN

The refs...really Berm, you blame the refs ? I think I'll be satisfied if we can show some improvement on special teams, if we can find a DB that can play consistently above the college level and if they can keep Ben on his feet and healthy. As far as winning goes....I'm not really expecting any thing over 8/8 and the playoffs aren't even on my calendar.

I'm resolved to the fact that the talent level is way below acceptable behind the starters and with the talent we have on IR, the questionable draft picks that remain on the team and the debatable coaching decisions in some areas, we just need to regroup, reevaluate and react. Any win will be a good win and yes...every game is must win from here on in, just don't bet the farm on it.

At what point do players get some responsibility for losses? Or is that only when games are won?

At what point do coaches get some responsibility for not having players prepared and keeping players on the active roster who contribute nothing (i.e., Archer)?

Every game is a must with our record, do we have the desire or will be ready to play under Tomlin. I have learned one thing this year the defense has played way above expectations and with some grit now we need the offense to keep drives going and not so many three and outs.
