The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

I tried. Couldn't find anything definitive. I thought you may have access to a video that told the whole story.
But then again you had your mind made up before you saw any video.
😂 It’s 2026. You couldn’t find anything? Dude.

Because even Fox News is incredulous over the DHS account. Only the MAGA cult is steadfast in denial.

So because Fox News is supposedly upset over DHS's account, that means I'm relying on DHS's facts?

Dude, you're this stupid.

You have no idea what sources I'm using to evaluate any of this.

Do share you sources!
You won't share your video that shows definitive proof of Pretti's innocence but, you ask Tim to post his sources. Ok.

Stuporman referred to it as a miracle and you’re calling me insane?
I said it was a miracle he wasn’t ran over when you said he wasn’t hit by the vehicle the mad clam licker was driving.

Now you say he was hit?

Oh the irony of ironies jumping from one lily pad to another.

Ok, in this video you can clearly see:
ICE is dealing with a female protester when Pretti inserts himself between the officer and the woman.
Then Pretti initiates first contact and pushes against the officer with his arm to block the officer from the woman.
Officer maces Pretti.
Pretti turns and shields woman with his body (either that or he's just falling over from being maced or slipping on icy road)
Officers begin to pull Pretti off woman to arrest him or her, scuffle ensues.
During the scrum a gun is discovered.
Pretti is disarmed then the shots happen

I don't know why they shot. They shouldn't have
It happens so fast, but I will say, none of this happens if Pretti doesn't make first contact with an officer.
This may come as a shock to some of you (or maybe just one of you) but you can't obstruct, impede, interfere or initiate in any way an officer while performing his duties.

First contact? He puts his arm up to protect the woman from being shoved to the ground again.

YES, FIRST CONTACT, I know you think it's ok and nice that he is such a gentleman to protect the woman but, that is called interfering and making contact. He puts his right hand, with the camera, up to be the protector, then his left hand comes up and makes contact with the officer to hold him back or stop him from advancing. That's a big no-no. Watch it a few more times if you need. That's what happened.
It's clear that Pretti put himself in harm's way by thinking he could interfere with an ICE agent.

How about the next time you see someone getting arrested, get between the officer and the suspect. Film it. I wanna watch.

Comments from your post:

Not true this time, it was the real gun. The thread on Reddit was weeks old but the post was from the day of the murder. Do better research. No reason to post falsehood, the truth is bad enough

@elbertwr bumping this cause I double checked it and this is correct. The Reddit thread was old the image was new. Unfortunately we’re in a place where they’ve lied so much we just assume it’s a lie without checking it.

@elbertwr I’ve searched for this too. Exactly as stated. The pic of the gun showing Google search results takes the post date of the thread it’s in, not the comment. The thread is a weekly thread created before Alex was murdered. The pic was posted after he was executed.
Ok to be proven wrong, but this is what I’ve concluded.

You gotta be ******* kidding, right?

Try and stay focused, my comment was regarding the shooting of Alex Pretti, the continuing investigation and the information that will follow, not another whataboutism.
Was his shooting justified? I don't know, I wasn't there and I'm not privy to information in the investigation. Are you?
Was it stupid to bring a weapon to a confrontational situation? Apparently so.

Noem exaggerated what happened, which has not been helpful. Pretti was not brandishing a weapon. But if you get into a physical altercation, resisting arrest with law enforcement and they suddenly discover a gun on you, you have a good chance of being shot. They don't have to wait until you pull it out and point it at them to defend themselves. You're fighting, resisting and you have a concealed weapon on you. They can't predict what you're going to do or not going to do, and they don't have to.

This entire episode could have been avoided had Pretti and the woman "protested peacefully", which doesn't involve getting in law enforcement's faces and screaming at them in the middle of an operation. Yeah, you can expect to get shoved away if you do that. It doesn't involve continuing to wrestle and struggle after they pepper spray you and try to subdue you. Had the two of them stood back observing, filming and protesting peacefully he'd be alive today. Had he allowed himself to be taken into custody for the crime of interfering in law enforcement operations, he'd be alive and probably charged with a misdemeanor. Instead, with a loaded gun on him, he decided to instigate a fight, and he lost.
