To be 100% honest this is not a huge blow to the team. Teddy seems like a stand up guy but he has absolutely no arm strength and at his best is a very poor mans Alex Smith. Shaun Hill will likely give them just as much as Teddy would have and to be 100% honest I could see the vikings trading for a Colin Kaperdick who probably could be had for any draft choice at this point or Dirty Sanchez who again could be had for a very low 3rd day pick.
They will look at Cap, Sanchez, or McCown. Sanchez is cheap for a backup qb.
Bridgewater has major injury concerns coming out of the draft. He's very thin with legs that look like a new born deer. You just knew he wasn't going to hold up.
I see Teddy as a Chad Pennington type of QB, not quite that good, but you get the picture.
It's a blow to the Vikings, but perhaps not a season-ending blow. Hill, when he had to play on a bad St. Louis team, wasn't that bad. The Vikings have some weapons.
Torn his CAL and several other ligaments. . Vikings are screwed.
Sounds like Bridgewater blew out his knee in non-contact drop back.... yikes!
