Steelers VS Pats game day thread

That fuking game hurts that fuking drunkcowski fuking owns us and he owns fuking butler. Give butler 20 years and he won’t figure how to defend him.. he fuking owns us! Put fuking TJ Watt out there on him he’s a fuking linebacker maybe he would at least have a drunkards prayer. But geez just letting him run up and down the field is a fuking nitemare!
 
Anybody blaming the sidelines for the last play can go **** themselves.. IF NOTHING IS THERE THROW ******* BALL INTO THE STANDS..

Jesse's knee was ON THE ******* GROUND AT THE 1/2 line - and HE WAS NOT TOUCHED AFTER THAT AND EXTENDED THE BALL OVER THE GOALLINE. **** THAT SPIKE. IT WAS A TD AND WE WERE ROBBED. PERIOD. THE END...
 
Bullshit Antdrew. He had a lane. Eli was shoved to the ******* ground by the defender. Guy had a hand on his back and was shoving him down while reaching over to tip the ball.

But it's the P*ts and they only got 2 calls against them the entire game. So yes. I can see the issue. What I don't understand is why after he got the int the entire offense didn't take the opportunity to pick him up, pile drive him and try to break his neck.

How about spike the ball, kick the FG, and play for OT. If you wanted to run a play why would you run a play with crossing patterns in the end zone where the most defenders are? We lost this game when Tomlin and Galey decided to go ultra conservative the entire second half.

Correct, you play to win the game. If it is not there, you throw it away and can’t force it into triple coverage. Plus, easy to say after the fact, but James blocked and then released to the flat and could have walked into the end zone.

ya, Scott, but James needs to uh, you know. complete the catch. I'm pretty sure even if he'd caught it, walked into the end zone and then handed it to the ref they would have determined he had not made a football move.

Better yet im not going to argue about it this **** hurt too much.. but im encouraged.. if we can just play this team close to healthy one ******* time. They have Gronk and thats it. We get haden back we can double the **** out of Gronk. Win the last two games and if we have to go to Gillette it is what it is..
 
Eli was mugged on the last play. Easy PI call, unless you’re Tony Corrente and the patriots
 
The 2nd to last drive is what ruined this game. At least throw the ball deep to Bryant or DHB ONCE. Maybe a catch, maybe a PI call.

They wasted a drive.

The ******* cheaters will cheat in Gillette. And the referees with call anyone who plays them 8 - 1 in penalties and ******* magic boy will ride off into the sunset with his tainted rings. It's the only way the NFL can save face. They have to go all in.

Then when ******* cheater-boy leaves and Fat **** and Ernie go quietly along with him, the P*ts will suddenly become amazingly mediocre to terrible and everyone will say. Gosh. I guess they really were that good.

What they don't realize is that this is the very ******* thing that keys the rest of the world to their ******* cheating.

Turtle ball wasn't when they should have tried to be aggressive.(Up by 8 Haley playcalling) That let the Pats back in the game.

Regardless if it was Tomlin, that team should have won.
 
I’ve felt for years now that this team will never get to another SB with Tomlin. Now if Ben hangs it up after this season can you imagine what this idiot will march in here to QB this team? It’s going to get ugly.
We just have to move past this and win in Houston and the last game and secure the second seed. Tomlin may get one final shot against these ******** with Ben and if he ***** this up I will stand by my conviction. I hope he proves me wrong.

I used to get pissed at the NHL for putting their whistles away when the playoffs started. It degrades your product when you tip the scales in one direction.

I'm sure if I wanted to go back and watch the game play by play I could count up 10-15 infractions from the pats***** . I just wish the NFL would clean this whole game up. It's horrible. Either call everything or remove the rule. Don't just apply **** when you feel like it. The PI rules are nuts. You see it constantly. Hell AB gets interfered with damn near every play. Maybe he's so good they have to.
 
In fairness Steel4evr, AB also pushes off dang near every play. So I would truly call that a wash most of the time. If I'm being completely objective, that is.
