And just like that the lead is 6. What's the chances we lose by 1 pt?
Damnn that Pickett!Been wondering when Indy was gonna bust a return....
Meh....they were very soft there to start the 2nd half. Hold them to 3....was their job.well I can't really blame the Defense on that drive. Special teams tonight really are special!
Jalen Hurts and Josh Allen both were 52% completion rate QBs their rookie year. Pickett is throwing 65% including tonight. Gotta give the guy a chance, especially with this OL. He needs some OL help.Lol the pickett opinions are so polarized and all over the place…
The reality remains we will still have no idea what he is by seasons end… I’ve been trying to break down as many rookie qbs as i can and i can’t correlate anything over their rookie season to success or failure at all… there just isn’t anything that tells you whether a guy is it or not year one…
For the record, if Pickett had that same stat line in the first half, 14-18 133 0-0 for every half the rest of the season, he would finish with a top 25 all time rookie passer rating … which means absolutely nothing
And a slot WR and a OC..Jalen Hurts and Josh Allen both were 52% completion rate QBs their rookie year. Pickett is throwing 65% including tonight. Gotta give the guy a chance, especially with this OL. He needs some OL help.
Only three bad misses in two games for a rookie? That's actually excellent. Glad you're keeping track.
Tomlin stated it isn't about running the same plays over and over but the execution of those playsMy only concern here for the offense is the same play calling as the first half and no adjustments that could really hurt us tonight....but this is Matt Canada! I've already seen more of the same plays ran out of the same formations in the first half than I care to see the whole game. And you can already tell Indy is keying in on that on Defense.
