What's not to get? Rooney is old..old in thinking and old in how he handles this team. He doesn't want to conform to the fact that if you want a franchise QB in today's NFL, you most likely have to go up and get him. You have to pay the price. The chances of lucking out and you find a QB in the later rounds are super slim. Don't get me wrong..I hope like hell Aller pans out. But we all know the odds on that.

It's almost like all this time of saying a winning season wasn't important was all B.S.

They are very comfortable in their mediocrity, very comfortable. And it seems like they are scared shitless of having a losing season. That explains Russ and now Rodgers. They know they can't win the big one with those guys.

I still like Rodgers as the transition QB for one year though.

Joe Flacco, that’s where we are now? Talk about coming full circle. I always liked Joe and personally I’d rather have him here this year than Rodgers. Joe could help out the young guys as much as Rodgers with a lot less drama.
It would be weird to see Joe in black n’ gold but it’s also weird we’re chasing a washed up has been.
