Not only that, they have to use him whether mixed in nickel, obvious passing downs, Seminole package, idc. They need to make sure this kid sees the field during the season. He's a playmaker
 
Patterson has a turf toe and Adeneyi has a hamstring injury.

I would think the ONLY thing holding him back from starting is his knowledge of the defensive play book. If he don't start right away I think he takes over mid-season.
