People wanted Larry Foote gone for years because he wasn't very athletic. The steelers let him go and ILB was a clusterfuck of mistakes. Knowing what you are doing is vastly underrated.

That's why the Pats got rid of Jamie Collins a few years ago. Great athlete who wasn't always in the right place. The Pats always have a good defense built around guys who are in the right place, not on the guys who are fastest.

It goes both ways though... ilb has become a second safety in this nfl... who cares if he knows where to be if he cannot get there... sure Vince is a lock, but the backup doesn’t need to be super experienced... defensive playercallers are miked these days anyhow so its not that big a deal if he does get beat out
 
Snell needs to lose a little weight to get quicker.

Benny's awareness must get better. Can't get tackled by your feet on a sweep.

But he can catch it nice out the backfield!!!
 
They really need 10 more roster spots in this NFL... the current construction of the roster hamstrings development and since college doesn’t teach pro style anymore they really need more hands on experience, plus since players don’t play through injuries anymore, they really need more guys ready to go
 
Rudolph has become a lot better than Dobbs at this point. Making all the right reads and easy throws.

Rudolf looking really good. Nice job on that last play to avoid the rush..damn penalty on Hawkins.
 
Rudolph should not even be in the game right now......put in the Duck
