Steelers 1st Round Pick

Max somebody.

Well, just too much uncertainty with Broderick Jones so they really had to make this pick.
Guy seems like more of a project though so may not be immediate starter. Idk, we’ll see!

That would have been an even higher reach
Reach? If you need a player and you find one that you really like you go get him. 'Reach' is an invention of the Kipers of the world. Both of these players had first round grades. Pregnon is the #2 guard in the draft.

Of course, all of the smoke was there for over a month regarding the Jones injury, not picking up his option, etc. It was pretty clear to anyone paying attention that we needed a plug and play OT. Not sure if this kid is that, but we'll find out. Certainly has a ton more experience at RT than either of our past two starting RTs (Jones and Fautanu).

Ok, that's like your opinion dude.

But seriously pregnon there would've been A Reach

Steelers were on the phone with Lemon when Philly jumped them and took him…should have traded up 2-3 spots and taken him.
I never was enamored with lemon as the pick anyway, the 2nd group of WRs is where the value is I think. If Nacho ends up as our future OT, the v.alue is way better in the long run. Him and Lomu were the last two highly rated OT, the drop off is for real, unlike WR

Lemon starts week one in the slot, Max is a project. Our track record at developing OL is one step up from abysmal. He was not highly rated, most analysts had him as a 2nd round pick at best, early third at worst.
