Not that I was defending him, but I didn't want to get caught up in the coaching carousel like other teams do.
After last night - fire him. Look for the best candidate out there. There are quite a few younger guys with fire and zest, who have proven themselves in their own right. For ****'s sake, even the Browns OC and DC look good at this point.
Though if Tomlin is fired, Ben will leave. So will Pouncey. Instead of slowly pulling the band-aid off, you're yanking it off. Would the FO consider promoting Butler? His defense was good/great until injuries (and last night).
